Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc., including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground.

M&L for PCC Type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area not exceeding 100 Sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed.

M&L for high yield strength deformed TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L for high yield strength deformed TMT steel bars 5 mm to 10 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, as in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) including taking down old barbed wire complete.

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Dismantling of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry or PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mtrs and depositing where directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete Type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate), block masonry with solid blocks with minimum compressive strength of 50 Kg/Sqcm, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete.

M&L PCC Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, levelling course, kerbs water troughs and the like including use of formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, concrete surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mtrs and depositing where directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thickness in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even complete.

M&L for preparing plastered or unplastered new surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mtrs and depositing where directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC Type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) laid in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc. finishing surfaces of concrete even and rough complete all as specified.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) laid in flooring and pavings, etc. spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as directed.

S&F 4mm dia galvanised steel wire 75x75 mm welded/ chain link type mesh, including 1 mm thick PVC coating on chain link fencing, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, hold fasts, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe290 Gde-E-165 including portions framed and hung as gate, pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts etc complete all as specified.
