SH-I SUPPLY OF LT POWER CABLES Supplying of 4C X 16 sqmm aluminium conductor armoured XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed power cable for working voltage upto & i/c 1.1 KV. as per IS : 7098 (Part-I), 1988 with latest amendments.

SH-II SITC OF POLES AND LED FIXTURES Supply of MS tubular street light pole of 1 meter length made out of 50 mm dia min B class MS pipe (3.6 mm thickness) including supply and fixing of GI flat clamp bracket of size 500mmx50mm x 5mm having provision of angle adjustment (for focusing towards perimeter boundary wall ) for mounting 50W LED flood light luminaire at an angle of 70o apart horizontally as per technical specification and base plate of 200 mm x 200 mm x 12 mm thickness M.S. Sheet welded at the bottom of pole for fixing on foundation bolts complete as required for structural stability. the pole shall have provision of flood light cable termination and cable looping box fixing arrangement.The pole shall have provision of earthing bolts termination of earth electrode. Pole shall have painting with two coats of red oxide Primer and two coats of Aluminium (Silver) paint including numbering of pole with black paint on yellow circular background etc. as required, complete as per technical specifications.

SITC of 6 mtr (5.1 mtr above ground and 0.9 mtr below the ground) swaged type MS tubular pole as mentioned below size as per IS: 2713 (part-III-1980) along with 300 mm X 300 mm X 6 mm MS base plate. The luminaire should comply with the specifications mentioned in technical specifications.

Supply of 50W LED based Flood light fixture with epoxy powder coated pressure die cast Aluminium housing with weather proof gasket for LEDs & control gear compartments and having protection not less than IP 66 and having lenses specially designed for flood lighting and toughened glass cover with not less than 110 lumen/watt and complete with all accessories. The luminaire should comply with the specifications mentioned in technical specifications.

Erection of steel tubular pole of length not exceeding 1.5 meters including all accessories in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement 3 Coarse sand 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm normal size) foundation of size not less than 300x300x400 mm thick including 150 mm height of foundation above ground level (level above ground may be revised to suit the site conditions especially considering the expected water level stagnation) including excavation and refilling including positioning template and foundation bolts supplied along with the pole and providing, laying and fixing of 2 x 0.80 meter long 40 mm inner dia "B" Class GI pipe having suitable bend ain the foundation for loop in loop out of the cable to the pole etc as required, complete as per technical specifications and site requirements.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of prewired LED type flood light fitting on the existing street light tubular pole of height 1 mtr including connections with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, three core flexible industrial cable (For phase, neutral and earth) and carriage of fitting from store to site etc. as required.

SH-III SUPPLY & LAYING OF HDPE PIPES AND LAYING OF CABLES Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Supplying and laying of following size HDPE pipe of PN4,PE 63 ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5C X 300 Sqmm of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass single compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4C X 16 Sqmm of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (for 3.5Cx300 Sq mm cable)

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

SH-IV EARTHING Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable including connection with lugs/nut bolt etc as required.

SH-V SITC OF LT PANEL Design, Fabrication,Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of out door Feeder Panel, cubicle type, made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet with 100 x 50 mm channel base frame in the bottom, totally enclosed, IP 54, free standing dust and vermin proof, compartmentalised with front lockable double doors, suitable for operation on 3 phase, 415 V, 50Hz AC system with TPN busbars and internal control wiring of minimum 2.5 sqmm copper FRLS PVC insulated wires, interconnection, duly powder coated of approved shade with angle iron stand size 50mm x 50mm x 5mm and 75cm height, i/c digging & grounting with cement concrete etc. as per specifications having following switchgears and accessories, and as approved by EIC, complete as required. the panel shall have 25% spare space. Supply, Installation Testing & Commissioning of cable looping box of size 200mm x 300mm x 105 mm (LxBxH) made of Thermoplastic confirming to atleast IP 65 having provision for connection of luminaire through 3x1.5sqmm flexible cable and looping in & out of 4x16/25 sqmm 1.1 KV grade incomer and outgoing cable with suitable size of connector & seperator, groomets, glands and all accessories i/c fixing of box on existing street light pole with suitable clamps and providing 1 No. "C" series 6 A SP MCB in the box etc. complete as required.
