Designing and construction of Civil and External site development works including, Cutting, Filling, Levelling of Site, Horticulture & Landscaping and plantation works etc with boulder and stone design,stone/ pebble pathway, Road, Drain, Sump and Tubewell , Boundary wall etc. of “Establishment of a Yatri Niwas and a Guest House at Silghat, Nagaon, Assam”On Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Mode-II Basis, with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, all services including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge and approval of the same by the Engineer- in-Charge
Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT – Electrical sub station ,DG set , and CCTV system with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, all services including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.
Providing & fixing of Furniture, fixtures of interior works such as bed, bed side table, chair, sofa, wardrobe, curtain, floor mat, luggage rack, receiption counter, column/ wall panelling etc as per specifications as mentioned in the scope of works.
