Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISSHBG metal from approved sources including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and watering etc., complete. Upto Basement

Brickwork in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks of standard size including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and including all labour charges and all incidential charges etc., complete. For Superstruture.

Plastering in CM 1:5 ,12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Paving the floor with scratch proof ceramic tiles of approved colour and size in CM 1:3, 20mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.4 Kg/Sqm mixed with colouring pigments to suit the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with standard specification etc., complete.

Painting the plastered wall surfaces with two coats cement paintr(inside and out side of approved quality and colour over one coat of wall primer including clearing surface in all floors etc complete with standard specification

Supplying and erriecting, centring for plane surfaces structures such as RCC slab, beam etc., inlcuding strutting upto 3m height using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm x and B.G 10 stiffened with M.s angles of size 25 mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over country wood (silver Oak) joists of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm spaced at 90cm centres and supported by casurina props of size 10 - 13cm dia spaced at 75 cm centres including necessary cross bracings\ etc., complete complying with standard specifications 10 m2 Shuttering.

Supplying and erriecting, centring for plane surfaces structures such as RCC slab, beam etc., inlcuding strutting upto 3m height using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm x and B.G 10 stiffened with M.s angles of size 25 mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over country wood (silver Oak) joists of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm spaced at 90cm centres and supported by casurina props of size 10 - 13cm dia spaced at 75 cm centres including necessary cross bracings\ etc., complete complying with standard specifications 10 m2 Shuttering.
