ADDN/ALTN TO STORM WATER DRAINS AND PROVN OF IRON GRILL AT AFS HASI MARA

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth for foundation, for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. and n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation, filling, mass concrete, foundation of pole/struts etc. including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drains finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc, complete all as specified and as directed

All as per ser item No. 6.00 here-in before but add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, bed plates and the like, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 450mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laying in trenches in proper level, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-bases, floors and pavings etc.,complete as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work, sub class 'B' bricks, old size, burnt clay brick, laid flat in drains, channels, kerbs etc, bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work, sub class 'B' bricks, old size, burnt clay brick, laid on edge in drains, channels, kerbs etc, bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast RCC (nominal mix) (1:1.5:3) type A-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs etc, with plain faces and set in CM (1.4), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm (not less than Grade 500D) dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete surfaces of any description in any position incl racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for fly ash brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes in brick walls built in CM for inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in CM (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crused stone aggregate) as required, depth of embedded portion of hold fast exc. half brick, but n. exc, one brick, measured from the face of the jamb into the wall, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grill, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barrel iron doors, ladders framed balusters, walks railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to E-165 (Fe-290) including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description n. exc. 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: An amount of Rs.1500.00 on account of Credit Schedule for schedule 'A' part - II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
