Providing and supplying G.I. pipes (Tata and equivalent make) for usage in drinking water with quality system, The cost shall include testing of all materials all taxes central , State , Municipal, Inspection charges transportation up to site transite insurance, loading, unloading, stacking etc. complete as specified and directed.

Lowering laying and jointing HDPE / MDPE pipe in proper position including all specials by Compression fitting / Electrofusion and But fusion jointing procedure including hydraulic testing as er relevent IS Code complete with all materials for jointing procedure like Electrofusion machine ,Electric mirrior/heater/But fusion welding machine with hydraulic testing and all labours as directed by engineer in charge as per IS-7634 part II

Supplying labour and tools for fixing G.I. pipes with Red lead and yarn of following nominal bore with screwed and socketted joints on wall, ceiling and floor including supplying and fitting of wall hooks or pipe clamps, wooden plugs, cutting pipes to size and threading ends if required etc. all complete as per specification and direction of E/l. (Pipe with socket to be supplied deparmentally free of cost).

Supplying and fixing G.M. ferrule of approved make in existing C.I./D.I. main including drilling and taping C.I./D.I. main all complete as per specification and direction of E/I. 3 mm, 6 mm 10 mm dia ferrule weight not less than 425 gram

Providing and fixing gun metal full way valve of approved quality all complete as per specification and direction of E/ (a) 20 mm dia and weight not less than 400 gram.

Providing and fixing 15 mm Dia male ended C.I Body Brass Spindle valve and seat bib cock of approved quality (Wt.not Less than 400 gms.) with extra socket all complete as per specification and Direction of E/I.
