Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of transformer suitable for 315 KVA (Level-3) step down floor mounted outdoor type 11/.433 kVA, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC, IS: 1180-2014 ISI marked, double wound core type copper wound, oil immersed, air naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, transformer delta connection on HV side and star connected on LV side in accordance with vector symbol Dyn-11 (vector group 4) with neutral brought out on LV side with for earthing and having tapping on HV side for constant out put so as to alter/vary secondary voltage by (Tapping range + 5 % to - 10% in equal step of 2.5 % ) changed by means of manualy operated " off load" taps changing gear. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS including first fill of transformer oil as per IS-335 and including all fittings/accessories as specified in SSR Part-I and IS-2026. The limit of temprature rise after continuous full load run as specified in IS-2026 shall be suitably adjusted to suite the maximum ambient temprature of 55 degree centigrade as prevalent at Bamrauli.The transformer shall be complete with the following fittings and accessories :- (a) Oil conservator tank with fillings holes and cap filter type drain valve and oil level gauge (b) Silicagel breather with connecting pipe, first fill of dehydrating agent. (c) Explosion relief mounted on tank with double diaphram and equalizer pipe connected to conservator air tank (pressure release valve) (d) Air release valve plug

(e) One cable box on LV side (Secondary) consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with nuts, washers & bushing rods with 01 cable gland suitable for reception of taking out suitable size cable, including gland joint. (f) Explosive vent (g) 01 No 100 mm dia thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with max temp indicator and resetting device incl max reading pointer washer etc. (h) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (j) 04 Nos plain solid CI detachable rollers (k) Two nos Earthing terminals marking plate. (l) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (m) Extra bushing for neutral outside the cable box brought out on LV side. Note:- (i) Anything missed above but is required for efficient functioning of transformer is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted under this item (ii) Full load testing shall be done at site. The artificial load shall be arranged by contractor. (iii) Transformer shall be tested in manufacturer's workshop by the rep of Accepting officer before dispatch.

Dismantling of existing transformer , servo voltage stablizer and VCB including transportation from the existing location to MES store yard of GE(AF) Bamrauli complete all as specified and as directed

The VCB shall have the standard of IEC 62271-100, 400Amps, 11 KV, 50Hz with short circuit current rating 25 KA for 3 secs. The breaking capacity of VCB shall design for 25 KA and making capacity of 62.5 KA peak with maximum temperature rise over ambient shall be within limits as per IEC 2271-100. The contact resistance of main pole<60 micro-ohms, dry-1minute power frequency with stand between line terminal and ground object-28KV rms, between terminals with breaker contact open 25kv rms 1.2/50 micro second full wave impulse between line terminals and grounded object. The spring charging motor shall have 230V AC and charging time required for motor 15 sec (Max). The ground clearance of VCB shall be as per manufacturers GA drawing. The panel shall be designed for floor mounting, free standing, simplex type control and realy panel in sheet enclosure with powder coated paint after suitable pretreatment with IP4X protection.

The panel shall be fabricated from 2mm MS sheet for side/top/Rear and with 3.15mm for front/Gland plate paint shade exterior shade 631 of IS-5. Panel size shall not be less than 750mm(width)x600mm(Depth)x220mm (including 100mm base channel). the CT and PT shall be designed suitable for connecting of 500KVA transformer. Make of VCB: ABB/SCHNEIDER/SIEMENS as approved Note :- (i) Any other spares/material required for protection of transformer/VCB may be included as per design parameters. (ii) The quoted rate shall be demmed to include cost of PCC foundation and PCC plateform of suitable size 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1using 20 mm graded stone aggregate over 100 mm thick stone hard core of guage not exceeding 63 mm complete. (iii) VCB shall be tested in manufacturer's workshop by the rep of Accepting officer before dispatch.

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 3.0 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 2.25 metre below ground level), connected to copper strip 20mm x 3.15 mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers with connected to earth test point to main switch board panel etc. all as specified and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work, in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt, test point, earth pit covered with precast (RCC 1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregat) 40 mm thick cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar 3 Nos. dia both way with 12mm round bar handle. GI medium grade watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel, wire mesh all as shown in electric plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I and 40mm dia GI medium grade pipe for earth lead protection complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground.(earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to galvanised strip 32x6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, check nuts and washers of GI and earth wire protected by provision of GI pipe light grade,40mm bore including provn of concrete pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with pit cover made out of cast iron of size 300mmx300 mm , minimum wieght 7.5 Kg as per relevant IS including frame, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 m long placed on top edge of plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh including excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exeeding 50 m complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and necessary connection and testing on completion.
