Material and labour providing for earth work in excavation, in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation in hard/ dense soil and getting out etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour providing for providing Cement concrete Type D-2 1:4:8 mix (with 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundation, fillings and mass concrete, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour providing for Brick work with sub-class 'A' non modular bricks, designation as M 150 straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 meter mean radius built with cement mortar 1:4 Mix (1 part cement : 4 parts coarse sand) in foundation and superstructure etc., complete, as specified and directed.

Material and labour providing for rendering 15mm thick plaster with cement mortar 1:4 Mix (1 part cement : 4 parts coarse sand) including even and smooth surface without using extra cement, complete, as specified and directed.

Material and labour providing for such as grills, gratings etc with ends of 16 mm diam deformed bars sholdered and or riveted or forged into spikes or MS. Angle 75 x 75 x 6 mm frame for covers conforming to Fe 290. Gde. E-165 complete as specified and directed frames with cover and rainforcement 16 mm angle frame 75 m x75m x6m.

Material and labour providing for 75 MM bore diameter PVC (SWR) socketed ISI make pipes in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls etc complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour providing for110 MM bore diam PVC (SWR) double socketed ISI Make pipes, in any length with rubber ring, joints, laid in tranches or floors complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour providing for Cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 mix (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) in floor surfaces, drain beds, aprons etc., complete as specified and directed.

Material, vehicle and labour providing for removing excavated material exceeding 1.5 K.Ms. but not, exceeding 5.0 K.Ms. and deposited where directed, complete, as specified. directed.

Material and labour providing for earth work in excavation not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out etc for underground recharge well, in hard/ dense soil or clay, including returning, filling and well ramming/ consdidation with water in layers not exceeding 25 cm. etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour providing for excavation in hard dense soil/ clay, for additional first 1.5 meter or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 meter depth complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour providing for excavation, in hard dense soil/ clay, for additional second 1.5 meter or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 meter depth complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour providing for casting of Reinforced Cement Concrete (Nominal Mix) slab, supported on walls, Type B-1 1:2:4 mix (20mm graded granite aggregate) etc., complete, as specified and directed.

Material and labour providing, supplying, filling, spreading and leveling coarse sand of size range 1.5mm to 2mm in recharge pit, in required thickness over gravel layer, for all leads & lifts, including watering and well ramming etc. all complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour providing for laying 40mm thick Damp Proof Course in cement concrete Type B-O 1:2:4, ix, on horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary from work etc., complete, as specified and directed.

Material and labour providing for precast rainorced cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs 10 cm thick, with plain or interlocking joints, type B-1, 1:2:4 mix using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate, set in cement coarse sand mix 1:6 , for covering of drains, complte as specified and directed. The rainforcement steel will be paid separately.

Material and labour providing, supplying, filling, spreading and leveling P-gravel of size range 5mm to 10mm, in the recharge pit, over the existing layer of boulders, in required thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour providing, supplying, filling, spreading and leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20cm, in recharge pit, in the required thickness, for all leads & lifts, etc all complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour providing for boring/ drilling bore well of 350mm diam, by suitable method prescribed in IS:2800 (part I), including collecting samples from different strata preparing and submitting strata chart/ bore log, including hire & running charges of all equipment’s, tools, plants &machineries required for the job, including development of the bore, upto 50.00 metre depth below ground level, to all complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour providing for P Gravel, (3 mm to 6 mm size) packing in tube well construction in accordance with IS:4097, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement, all complete as specified and directed.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well unplasticized PVC heavy well casing 150 mm dia pipes 10 kg per square centimeter force with ribs, conforming to IS:12818, including hire & labour charges, fitting & accessories etc.all complete as specified and directed. The upper length of 7.0 meter shall remain in the recharge well.

Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well unplasticized PVC heavy well casing 150 mm dia slotted pipes with ribs and 10 kg per square centimeter force conforming to IS:12818, including hire & labour charges, fitting & accessories etc. all complete as specified and directed. The slotted pipe shall remain in the portion in lower the bore well.

Supplying and fixing of bail plug and end cap 150 mm diam at the bottom of slotted pipe/ well casing.

Material and labour providing for broken glass coping 75MM thick on top of walls in cement motor 1:3 mix complete, all as specified and directed.

Labour providing for Returning, filling in including spreading etc. Excavated Earth Quantity as per item No. 01. Deduction a) C.C. in foundation. b) Bricks work in foundation. availability of Earth for returning/filling. 6.30 - 3.488 = 2.81.

Material and providing for applying Two coats of cement paint on new surface including preparation of cement plaster etc. complete, location as per item No. 01.

Material and labour providing for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete.
