Schedule 'A' Section - I

Excavation in trenches hard/dence not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth (for taking up or laying of pipes/cables) and getting out and forming bottom surface to gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soils to a distance n.exc 50 mm and deposited at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out old u/s worn out MS/CI pipe line flanged type/ spigot socket/ lead joint 150 mm bore including fittings complete with nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets etc and removing from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- New pipes shall be laid first at spring area and old ones to be taken out later.

Supply & Lay GI pipe 150 mm medium grade welded with MS flange of size 28.57mm thick and 305 mm outer dia passing in between steel tank to spring No-1 -5 (subathu to solan road) in hard / dence soil in trenches /under roads/floors etc with bend , union, and all fittings incl welding work complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note :- MS flange alongwith connected items will be measured & paid separately under relavent item.(ii) Excavation and earth work will be measured & paid separately)

Supply only MS Flange of inner dia 150 mm and 305 mm outer dia of thickness 28.57 mm having 8 holes drilled for and incl 8 Nos 19.05mm dia ,100mm long Nut ,bolts, 2 nos washer incl 3 mm thick gasket of required size and shapecomplete for jointing with the existing pipes, duly welded with pipes/fittings bends properly to both the plain ends complete all as specified. and directed.

Material & labour for flanged joint for 150 mm bore pipes including compressed asbestos fiber gasket 3 mm thick and 8 Nos nuts, bolts of size 19.05 mm dia and 100 mm length with 2 Nos washers 3 mm thick to joint pipes/fittings/bends etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling and taking out old u/s worn out MS pipe line flanged type 200 mm bore including fittings complete with nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : New pipes shall be laid first and old ones to be taken out later.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing hot finished seamless mild steel black pipe Schedule - 30, type - IS:3183 of 2007 / ASTM-A-106 Gr.'B' nominal bore 200 mm, outer dia 219.10 mm, with wall thickness 7.04 mm. NOTE:- The unit quoted rate shall include:- (a) Pipes shall be laid in trenches/over RCC pillars/under bridges/culverts. (b) Earth C/Bends/Tees/Flanges/Flanged jonts shall be measured and paid separately.( Location - Round tank duty coy towards dutty coy P/H route and Gamber Mandap mandir towards kakadhatti )

Supplying and fixing heavy duty pipe fittings such as MS bends of any angle made out of mild steel black pipe Schedule - 30, type - IS:3183 of 2007 / ASTM-A-106 Gr.'B' nominal bore 200 mm, outer dia 219.10 mm, with wall thickness 7.04 mm. NOTE complete all as specified and directed. Note:- excavation, earthwork, MS flanges and flange joints shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items.

Material & labour for flanged joint for 200 mm bore pipes including compressed asbestos fiber gasket 3 mm thick and 12 Nos nuts, bolts of size 25 mm dia and 150 mm length with 2 Nos washers 3 mm thick to joint pipes/fittings/bends etc complete all as specified.

M&L steel water tubing galvanised 100 mm bore medium grade in trenches/under roads/floors etc incl,tee, bend , union , flange and all fittings including taking up or down 100mm bore steel water tubing pipe removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only MS flange for 100 mm bore pipes, of size internal dia 120 mm ,outer dia 230 mm outer and 20 mm thick and having 8 holes drilled for and incl 8 Nos 15 mm dia ,75mm long Nut ,bolts, 2 nos washer incl 3 mm thick gasket of required size and shape complete for jointing with the pipes, duly welded with pipes/fittings bends properly to both the plain ends complete all as specified. and directed.

Material & labour for flanged joint for 100 mm bore pipes including compressed asbestos fiber gasket 3 mm thick and 8 Nos nuts, bolts of size 15 mm dia and 75 mm length with 2 Nos washers 3 mm thick to joint pipes/fittings/bends etc complete all as specified.

Supply only MS flange for 80 mm bore pipes, of size internal dia 90 mm ,outer dia 20 mm outer and 20 mm thick and having 6 holes drilled for and incl 6 Nos 15 mm dia ,75mm long Nut ,bolts, 2 nos washer incl 3 mm thick gasket of required size and shape complete for jointing with the existing pipes, duly welded with pipes/fittings bends properly to both the plain ends complete all as specified. and directed.

Material & labour for flanged joint for 80 mm bore pipes including compressed asbestos fiber gasket 3 mm thick and 8 Nos nuts, bolts of size 10 mm dia and 75mm length with 2 Nos washers 3 mm thick to joint pipes/fittings/bends etc complete all as specified.

(iii) Jointing the new pipe with existing old pipe by means of welding to make it leakproof including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted shall be included for (a) Necessary excavation/earth work (b) New GI pipe 100 mm upto 0.50 metre length (c) union & socket 100mm - 1 Nos each. (d) welding etc complete including testing on complete.

(iii) Jointing the new pipe with existing old pipe by means of welding to make it leakproof including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted shall be included for (a) Necessary excavation/earth work (b) New GI pipe 20 mm upto 0.50 metre length (c) union socket & 20mm - 1 Nos each. (d) welding etc complete including testing on complete.

Supply and fixing gate valve high pressure, heavy duty cast carbon / stainless steel of 150 mm nominal bore, API - 600 ASME class 600, suitable to test pressure 93 kg/sq cm, both ends flanged (size of flanges 305 mm outer dia of 28.57 mm thick having 8 holes drilled for and incl 8 Nos 19.05mm dia ,100mm long Nut ,bolts, 2 nos washer incl 3 mm thick gasket of required size and shape ). Total weight not less than 252 KGs complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate deemed to be included for both side joints with 100 mm x 19.05 mm bolts, nuts, washers and 3 mm thick steel re-inforced fibre gaskets complete.

Cleaning of semi-underground sump by draining / pumping of water/ removing sludge from bottom removing algaes and other growth from wall/floor/ roofs by high pressure cleaning method with rotary jets with approved detergent fubbing with vaccum cleaner sucking out all dirty water disinfecting the sump with chemical treatment (Chemical approved by FOA/WHO to make the sump totally clean bacteria free including applying two coat of wall primer to internal surfaces and applying cement based paint after scrubing for all external surefaces with cleaning of the drain around the tank complete all as specified & directed by engr-in-Charge.( Location - AGE E/M Office Premises & Round tank Duty coy Subathu.)

Supply only Aquafit (Calcium Hypo Chloride) high strength granular disinfactant for treatment of drinking water complete all as specified.

Amount of credit of Rs. 184030.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
