Form work to flat sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings , lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, sides of chajjas etc and similar works rough finished flat surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) (nominal mix) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases of columns etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) (nominal mix) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers., lintels, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Material and labour for plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200ml per bag of cement of 50kg, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only)

Supply and fixing 80 mm thick (M40 grade) precast interlocking tile/paving block factory casted (made by using PVC paver mould / Rubber paver moulds on Vibrating Table Machine) using grey cement and pigment, prepolished & preglazed (any colour as directed), shape haxagon / trigular / zigzag / I-shaped etc, as directed, prepolished & preglazed, specification as per relevant IS, having compressive strength not less than 400 Kg/ Sqcm, laid over sand upto required thick layer and filling the interstices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : - (i) Sand for filling shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only but labour for spreding leveling shall be included in the unit rate of this item)

Supply only fine sand without silt (Fazilka/Zera or any other approved sources) for filling under interlocking tiles and the interstices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/packing around chequered tiles/interlocking tiles/PCC jalli & similar work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in kerb stone, quoin blocks, copings, kneelers, apex stones, boundary pillars, bed plates, bonders ( for stone walling), etc with plain fair faces, chamfers, weatherings, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc including form work and laying and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for machine cut 18 to 22 mm thick, Kota stone slab (size of slab not less than 550x550mm) as in flooring, laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing /grinding (mirror finish) and polishing by machine, including machine cutting to make it square or rectangular as per site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cut 18 to 22mm thick, Kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and on pillar, laid over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing /grinding (mirror finish ) and polishing by machine, including machine cutting to make it square or rectangular complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made 105 x 60mm pressed steel frames, thickness of sheet 1.25mm for doors with one or more rebates including supply and fixing necessary lugs and lock strike plate, etc. , including fixing butt hinges suitable Nos as directed for each leaf, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note : - (i) Butt hinges shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ as supply only.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-0, using 12.5 mm graded aggregated as in back filling of chowkhats and for hold fast complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply & fixing factory made plain framed panelled shutters (two panels as approved), 35mm thick of 2nd class hard wood with lock rail and panel inserts of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rails and styles as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401, including 2nd class soft wood kail beading 20mm wide tapering from 10mm to 5mm on one side and also fitted to chowkhat complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note : - (i) The sutters shall be brought at site without primer and same shall be applying at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down with using broom/sand papering or by any other mean, washing down with water and applying two coats of cement base paint as per approved tint/colour by using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new kerb stone surfaces (plastered / unplastered concrete surface) of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth, by cleaning the dust and removing all loose particle with using clean cloths, brooms and dry paint brush etc and after preparing the surfaces applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour (one colour or alternative colour black/white/yellow etc) complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down or by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of new wooden or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including earth continuity GI wire 4 mm (upto test point from earth plate i.e. 7.5m min) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and including protected by 15mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from earth plate to test point, including making of test point made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos- 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw. Earth plate shall be surrounded by packed layer of char coal/coke & salt all around bottom and top with alternative layer. 20mm GI light grade pipe for watering (should be 10cm above GL) and including socket, plug, funnel, wire mesh, CI cover 10mm thick hanged to CFI frame, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) complete all as specified and and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
