Attending minor complaints of plumbing and sanitary fittings including water leakage from taps, WC”s, flushing cistern, urinals, wash basins, bottle traps etc and any obstruction to water supply in rooms/Qtrs, requiring plumber work with minor stores such as replacement of M seal, Screws ,nailing , washers, check nuts, tightening of fittings of flushing cistern, cleaning of bottle traps, removing of air locks etc to make it functional and stop leaking of any type of plumbing and sanitary items as in day to day maintenance work complete all as directed.
