Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep for foundations of poles/stays/cable etc not exc 10 Sqm area on plan and getting out in Hard/Dense soil complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layer each not exc. 25 cm thick in a Hard Dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair /replacment of PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes, outer dia 63 mm, SDR 6 (PN-20) , 3-layer, and UV stabilized and anti-microbial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all PP-R plain and brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to fittings laid in trenches/on ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make: SFMC/Finolex/Swami Plast/ Relicance PP-R .

S & F PP-R, globe or gate valves,with wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for 63 mm bore iron pipe and fixed complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- SFMC/Swami Plast/ASVA/BIR / Leader / Zoloto or as equivalent approved by GE.

Kaiflex insulation including with all fittings of size 63/67 mm inner dia and 19 mm thick including jointing, fixing material such as solvant adhesive, tape insulation self adhesive and poly shield coating including polyglass tape and (resign+hardner) two cats as per manufacturer complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting the existing road straight by manual,depth & width not less than 30 cm for pipes up to 100 mm dia filling back with excavated soil up to 75% road portion & 25 % shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified & diected.

Drilling and tapping GI/PP-R water mains (in position) the existing pipe of 50 mm for branch connections including inserting tee of size 50x50x25mm or as per availaibility with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note Excavation, returing, filling and pertaining to this job deemed to be included in rate.

M&L for Valve pit of size 90x90x100 cm consisting of random rubble uncoursed stone masonary in cement motor 1:6, 50mm thick coping with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) incl excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where all as directed by Engr-in- charge, plastering internally with 15mm thick in cement motor 1:4 and flush pointing externally in the same mortar as work proceeds and mild steel sheet cover ( 3:15 mm thick) angle iron frame of 40x40x6mm handle locking arrangement and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
