Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles in any description and removing/disposal off from the site to outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work in half brick thick wall straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 25mm thick precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in louvres and jallies (measured solid) including all moulding frame (Pre cast frame) and set in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster/rough cast plaster from brick walls/soffits of roof projections & chajjas /ceilings etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc including disposal of rubbish material to any distance out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plastering/ rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering/plastering 5 mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces of ceiling, finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing chicken wire mesh ( Murga jali ) in cement plaster or over joints of RCC and brickwork or as per site requirement of 24 gauge & 10-13 mm mesh, width as required for construction joints, plastering work at joints wall & RCC, and chasing in brick work for electrical conduits or water supply pipes, including pegs/nails, binding wire as required for fixing/supporting arrangement before rendering / plastering etc. as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rendering / plastering shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ

Material and labour for rough cast plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer not less than 10mm cement plaster (1:3) (1 cement: 3 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of (1: 1: 1) shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered, complete in all respects and as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
