Reconstruction work of Minor Bridge at km 1 of Harnol to Virbala Road in District Mathura

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. As per MORT&H Specification no. 12.1 (304).

PCC 1:3:6 in Foundation - Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing. as per S.I. No. 3, Ch.No.-6

Sand Filling in Foundation Trenches as per Drawing & Technical Specification As per MORT&H Specification no. 12.03.

Reinforced Cement Concrete (M-30) in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. As per MORT&H Specification no. 12.8G Case II.

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete (RCC M-30) in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications. As per MORT&H Specification no. 13.05

Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/ Prestressed cement concrete (RCC M-30) in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification. As per MORT&H Specification no. 14.1C

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. As per DSR No. 5.22(a) & 5.224.6.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications. As per MORT&H Specification no. 13.8

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical Specification As per MORT&H Specification no. 13.9

Drainage Spouts complete as per drawing and Technical specification As per MORT&H Specification no. 14.9

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in-charge. as per SI.No. 15.3, Ch.No.-17

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge In cement mortar. as per SI.No. 15.7.4, Ch.No.-17

Dewaterng of water trenches during excavation, concreting, masonary works upto sub soil/ water level including hire charges of 5 H.P.

Boring with 100 dia casing pipe including lowering & extraction, assembling, loading, unloading & cartage etc (hire charges only).

Providing and laying boulders apron on river bed for protection against scour with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg each complete as per drawing and Technical specification.

Construction of Embankment/Patri with approved material obtained from Borrow-pits within a distance of 3.00 KM and all leads & lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirements etc complete as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing, laying spreading & compacting of granular sub-base by providing Course graded (Gr-1) materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD clause 401.1 & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and Laying of 1000mm dia NP-3 Pipe etc. complete.

Empty Cement Bags of good condition (Plastic) filled with Carted Earth including filling, stiching and stacking at side of filling.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting machine crushed stone ballast of approved quarry of 63~45mm size to water bound macadam of G-2 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming with crushable screening material i.e. stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & rolling making necessary earthen bund to protect edges, lighting, guarding, barricadding etc. including the cost of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of work as per MORD specifications no 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting machine crushed stone ballast of approved quarry of 53~22.4mm size to water bound macadam of G-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming with crushable screening material i.e. stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & rolling making necessary earthen bund to protect edges, lighting, guarding, barricadding etc. including the cost of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of work as per MORD specifications no 405.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with Approve grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing For Mathura as per SI.No.-15, Ch. No.-5

Note - 1- Rates are inclusive of all taxes but excluding GST which shall be paid extra as applicable 2- Labour cess @ 1% will be deducted from contractor's bill at the time of payment
