The laminate door frame molded with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyster resin and chopped mat. door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. the frame shall be covered with fiberglass from all sides. M S stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 30mm thick fiber glass reinforced plastic (FRP paneled Door Shitter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture made with fire-retardant grade unsaturated polyster resin. Moulded to 3mm thick FRP laminate for forming places for fixing of fittings cast monolithically with 5mm thick FRP laminate for panels and conforming to IS 14856-2000 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down iron chowkats or frames with shutter / Window/ventilators (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.5 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F steel window or ventilators side/top hung type with glazing bars complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Prelaminated particle board,19 mm thick interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work, with 125 mm long hasp & staples complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F Continuous (piano) hinges, (width of flap 40mm when open) mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick sorrounds, glazed with oil putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix in repair 4mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or fixed with beads in suqares not exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on new surfaces of wooden and wood based materials over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Notes : (i) Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch 'A' Section-II of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
