Anchoring of new re-bars in the beams & slab wherever required by using pure epoxy resin anchoring mortar with appropriate diameter of drilling of holes required for proper bonding into the concrete etc., complete. The rate shall include cost of epoxy resin anchoring mortar, labour charges, cost/hire charges of tools, machineries & other working implements etc., to carry out the complete work. 8 mm dia bar - drilling length of 100-120mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of Reebaklens RR, with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing steel reinforcement of any dia icluding cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not lessthan 0.9mm dia or securing with clips for main rnft and stirrups etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick polymer modified latex mortar like "RENDROC SP40" of M/S FOSROC chemicals or equivalent with poly propylene fibers as per the manufacturers specification over the concrete surface roughened by chipping followed by water jetting including filling the crevices/ undulations flushing with adjacent surface curing etc., concrete at all heights including all material and labour charges and all as directed by engineer in charge

Spraying water curing compound, Concure WB, manufactured by M/s.Fosroc Chemicals etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing leak-proof shuttering/formwork using MS shutters/plywood with necessary supports to pour micro concrete in the locations to be repaired in RCC beams & columns. The shuttering shall be made, fitted at site, remove and re-fix after application of bonding compound to facilitate pouring of micro-concrete within the setting time of bonding compound. The rate shall include cost of epoxy resin anchoring mortar, labour charges , cost / hire charges of tools , machineries & other working implements etc., to carry out the complete work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Pouring micro concrete of M40 grade (min.) at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams & columns, Providing and applying of average 30mm thickness of plastic shrinkage compensated micro concrete which shall be cement based pre-packed single component, chloride free, non shrink, free flow, self compacting ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion obtained from approved. Micro concrete shall be mixed with 12mm down graded chips on site at 25% weight of powder ratio etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for polishing existing kota stone flooring/riser as mensioned in SSR pt -1 all as directed by ENGR in charge
