Beaching of the following crafts within a lead of 50 mtrs from high water level as directed by the Engineer in including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, pully D shackles, clamps etc., (and labour charges of corddle fixing and removing but excluding hire charges of winch with accessories, and sleepers, rollers etc., which will be supplied by the department on free of cost etc., complete.

Cutting, removing the complete rusted portion of H.B. Alleppy by using gas cutting, making the structure surface perfect in level to facilitate to fabricate new structurals and MS Plates without any deviation in the original alignment and design, stacking the cut pieces & removed structural / materials within a lead of 50 mtrs as driected by the Engineer in charge, including cost all materials, labour charges, transportation etc., complete.

Fabrication and assembling of steel structural by cutting / removing as well as by addition to the structure to strength existing structure of the H.B. Alleppy Hopper Barge with various sizes of M.S. plates, angles, flats, seamless pipes and other steel structurals using welding with 4 mm advani orlikan make over cord-s electrodes and gas welding as per direction of the EIC including painting, hire charges and running expenses of welding generator set, cost of all labour charges, minor tools, cost of electrodes, gas cylinders etc but excluding cost of all materials which will be supplied by department on free of cost.

Chipping, Scrapping and Painting the old steel structurals of Hopper Barge with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of Epoxy paints, as directed by the Engineer in Charge including cost of all labour charges, painting brushes minor tools including cost of paints and thinner.

Cleaning with cotton waste the newly fabricated plates,angles etc Painting one coat of primer paint and two coats of S E Paint over primer coat including cost of all labour charges, cost of painting brushes ,minor tools cost of paints etc; as per the direction of EIC. complete.

Supply and fixing of anodes of Zinc alloy ( IS code 8062 (Part IV) -1979 of size 3.5" x 1.5''x 12'' with two legs over the outer submerged surface of pontoon to have cathodic portion to the pontoon against the corrosion excluding cost anods but including the cost labour charges and consumable items required etc., complete.

Launching of HB Alleppy from the existing beached position to sea near fisheries jetty at Kavaratti, floating & bearthing safely along the fisheries jetty as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all labour charges minor tools, pullies, D shackles etc., but excluding cost of winch (without operator) with all accessories sleeper, roller which will be supplied on free of hire charges etc., complete.
