M&L for repair of leaking joint in 80 mm bore PVC/ GI pipe line by removing existing broken fitting, rethreading of pipes and supply & fixing new PVC/ GI fitting like union/elbow/socket/tee reducer ,plug ,flange etc (ISI marked) in place of broken fitting and re-connecting of pipe, testing of joint, including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil including dewatering complete all as specified & as directed. NOTE:- (i) The contractor shall be responsible for making good the damages occurred during working. The decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final and binding with regard to a particular defects / damages / breakage of existing equipments / lines / structures etc (ii)The job should be completed within 8 hours from the receipt of complaint failing which a recovery of Rs 300.00 per complaint per hour shall be made.

NOTE:- (i) The contractor shall be responsible for making good the damages occurred during working. The supervisor /site Engineer of the contractor shall be forwarded detailed instructions by concerned JE every morning for attending complaints on daily basis. The persons shall be detailed by AGE/JE concerned every morning for attending complaints on daily basis,with taking siganure of JE in Complaint slip. (iv) The complaints received before 1300 hrs shall be attended on same day. The complaints received after 1400 hrs shall be attended on the next working day before 1300 hrs. If complaints shall not attended as per schedule, a penalty of Rs. 500/- shall be imposed on contractor for each complaint for each day. (v) Any delay in non-completion of complaints shall immediately be communicated to AGE/JE.
