Earth work in closing and repairing cuts and pot holes in inner side of service road in all type of soil ncluding all lead and lift complete with dressing and mannual compaction.

WBM Grading : III Providing laying,spreading and compaction stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 kn in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the intrestices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the requireddensity Grading II as per MORD Specification clause 405.

Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg per square meter as per MORD specification.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10)using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular base surface cleaned with mechanical broom. as per MORD specification.

Providinglaying and rolling of open -graded premix surfacing of 25mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or out-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a hot mixplant, transportation to the site, laying with paver finisher to the required grade level and alignment and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 kn capacity, finished to required level and grades. Note-Paver machine shall be used for this iteam

Supplying & fixing of singboard at site .

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levelgrade and cross fall using Type C seal coat (As per MORD Specified clause 510)
