GE/BAS-52/2026-27 Special repair to roof of building No P-88, 80, 66 and 75 (OTM Accn) at Madhopur under GE Basoli

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) , top surface of plain concrete padding shall be finished even & fair w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surface finished even and smooth using WPC liquid as per manufacturer instruction @ 0.200 ltr in 50 Kg of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid sepertaly.

Material and Labour for applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after takeing down existing roof treatmentby scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Brick tiles or terracing tiles,along with existing roof treatment single layer on roofs completeall all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in Roofs, floors (ie Padding) in any description ,disposal of material uptp lead of 50 m complete as per specified and directed .

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting side for repairing, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc and hoisting after cleaning and removing all as specified and directed etc from tanks of circulating pipe etc of capacity upto and including 1000 ltrs and endorsed the word "CLEANED ON WITH DATE" with white paint including replacement of broken/unserviceable fitting such as Elbow, tee, socket, nipple of any size etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of old treated surface and applying two coats of 100 % Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm / litre and UV resistence as per IS 15489:2004,Alkali & Fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon [email protected] litre/10 Sqm over and icluding priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over old surface by mechanical means complete all as specified and directed.

M & L forpreperation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of 100 % Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm / litre and UV resistence as per IS 15489:2004,Alkali & Fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon [email protected] litre/10 Sqm over and icluding priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surface by mechanical means complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering or plastering work 10mm thick in CM 1:3 in fascia / edging / ceiling of Chajjas, roof projections etc upto 10m height , including taking out peeled off plaster / concrete and making the line in true shape and finishing the surface without using extra cement. Steel Scaffolding upto 10m high rate is included in this item.complete all as specified and directed.
