Wall painting 2 coats with weather seal coat of approved shade two coats to give an even shade including cost of paint including priming 1 coat with any approved primer (Water Bond ) including cost of primer .

Fixing Granite Tiles (20mm thick) ( above 0.40 Sqm.) in floors treads of steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1 ) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile including rubbing and polishing complete.

supply , fitting,fixing Vitrified tiles in dados skirtings and riser of steps of size 600mm x 600 mm Plain ( Ivory ) of approved make conforming to IS :13755 laid on 12 mm thick cement plaster ( 1:3 ) jointed with neat cement slurry and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials , labour , T & P ethe work all complete as per direction of engineer - in- charge .(For New Work Only ).

Supply and laying m40 grade heavy duty factory made hydraucally pressed and mechanically compacted free cast inter locking paver 60 mm thick approve shape preparation of sub base with 50 mm sand and levelling ,laying of interlocking paver block with sand binding and final compaction with plate vibrator finishing the surface including cutting the block with its edges and fixing kerb stone along both side of the pathway all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Cost of Operation & Maintenance for a period of 3 years after the date of Completion ( Which will be Paid after completion of maintenance work , if Required during the O& M Period of 3 Years ) @ 3% of the Total Amount (A) .
