Providing all cleaning tools, labours, machinery, equipments, PPE's,tools etc for cleaning of Glass/ACP cladding/Stone cladding facade to various buildings /facilities inside BARC premises using suitable cleaning agent and standard operating procedures of facade cleaning.It shall include cleaning the surface with jet spray machine,cleaning agent, water etc.The job shall include provision of all safety measures for workers like spider man kit, Helmet, full harness safety belts, safe working platform, roof rig, mobile scaffold, fall protection systems,boom lift, tools, tackles etc completed at the satisfaction of Engineer in charge. Notes:-i) Third party Inspection of the façade access system is within the scope of this contract, i.e inspection of equipment shall be done prior to commencement of work by Government Approved Agency and the same procedure will be repeated at interval of 6 months and the cost of which shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. ii) The facade shall be completely cleaned on two occassions per year and measurement shall be done for each ocassion as per actuals. iii) Contractor shall arrange vehicle/logistic support for the movement of staff/workers/tools&tackles at their own cost inside BARC premises at different locations. iv) The rate shall be inclusive of all types of safety measures, equipments / apparatus, PPEs, all types of anchoring, spray pumps, tools & tackles, materials, consumables, ropes, body harness,hoisting equipments,cradles, Cleaning with Spiderman technique, Trackless Trolley, Cleaning on Perm Track, JIB Davit/ Parapet Mounted JIB, Cradle, mobile scaffold, or any other similar types of approved equipments used to execute the job in all respects. v) The Contractor shall provide suitable safety PPE's to the persons deployed at site as per BARC Construction Safety Manual. An adequate insurance coverage shall be arranged by the contractor for all employees/workmen against accident & the BARC shall not be responsible for any liability arising out of any accident / injury caused to the employees/workmen while executing the work.All costs shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. vi) The contractor will provide and use good quality chemical compounds as approved by Engineer-in-charge to ensure that all the moss/dirt & other extraneous material/deposits are cleaned thoroughly. The chemical / cleaning materials should be of good quality so that no damage / corrosion occurs to glass and aluminium composite pannel & aluminium sections. Further, utmost care is to be taken so that no scratch either in glass or Aluminium panel occurs. vii) The contractor shall deploy only adult,trained,efficient and responsible labourers/personnel with good health and sound mind for the subject work
Cleaning using cradle, roof rig, mobile scaffold up to height 20 Meter
Cleaning using boom lift only beyond 20 Meter height and up to 30 Meter
Cleaning of external façade stone cladding of building such as Granite stone etc including cost of manpower, equipment tools & tackles, rigs /boomlift/ cradle, roof rig/ mobile scaffold, spiderman technique, cleaning materials, consumables, safety gears etc complete. The above mentioned surfaces to be cleaned properly with suitable approved cleaning materials as per Industry standards which do not have adverse effect on the surface all as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.
Filling the gap between aluminium frame /section, granite, glass/ ACP joint by providing weather silicon sealant over backer rod of approved quality after removing old damaged sealant if any etc as per direction of Engineer - in - charge complete
Dismantling Aluminium / Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable surplaus material and stacking of serviceable materials within 100 m lead as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
Design, fabrication, supply and installation of frameless Façade using clear, toughened float glass of specified thickness for fixed glazing and openable panels (doors) with crystal edge polish and necessary patch fittings (DORMA PT range or approved equivalent quality or product meeting technical parameters ) for swing doors, hunged on floor spring, , S.S.handles and locking arrangement and clear toughened float glass fixed for fins and all joints sealed with weather silicone sealent and fixed portion glass from top sides and bottom with anodised (minimum thickness 25 microns) Aluminium 'C' channels (25 mm X 25 mm X 1.5mm thick) and all glass to glass joints sealed with clear thick weather silicone sealent and making the required grooves in plaster/concrete for fixing channels etc and making good the same with sealent / plaster of paris etc. complete all as per approved shop drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Shop drawings to be prepared by the contrator as per the site conditions and the same shall be got approved by Engineer in charge before procurement.)
Frameless fixed panels using 12mm thick clear toughened float glass including making cut outs, finishing the edges sealents etc complete. Glass area alone shall be measured and paid (necessary patch fittings shall be paid under relevant Item)
Frameless openable panels (swing doors) using 12mm thick for door leaves including making cut outs/ holes, finishing the edges with crystal edge polish ,sealents etc complete. Glass area alone shall be measured and paid (necessary patch fittings, locks & floor springs shall be paid under relevant Item)
Supply & installing hermatically-sealed 6-12-6 mm double glazed openable top hung doors, windows and ventilator shutters, vision panel units of approved make comprising of an outer heat strengthened SGG Cool lite ST-120/ST-136 Graphite blue Metallic Blue glass / Steriling Silver / Green of M/s Saint Gobain or approved equivalent quality or product meeting technical parameters shade and colour reflective tinted float glass coated on surface #2 and an inner toughened clear float glass, spacers, desiccants, with moisture absorbing compound (silica gel), primary and secondary seals etc. including approved stainless steel stays,4 point Cremone locking set including providing and fixing 70mm sided triangular sign in 3M film on glass surface #1 etc. all complete as per approved shop drawings and specifications. Note:Double glazed openable shutters/doors,windows and ventilators,Vision panel units shall be measured to the overall dimensions on external face as fixed on site (Actual size).
Supply & installing hermatically-sealed 6-12-6 mm double glazed fixed vision panel units of approved make comprising of an outer heat strengthened SGG cool lite ST-120 Metallic Blue glass / Sterling Silver or Green of M/s Saint Gobain or approved equivalent quality or product meeting technical parameters approved shade and reflective tinted float glass coated on surface#2 and an inner toughened clear float glass, spacers, desiccants, with moisture absorbing compound (silica gel), primary and secondary seals etc. all complete as per approved shop drawings and specifications. Note: Doubled glazed fixed vision panels shall be measured to the overall dimension of the panel on external face as fixed on site (Actual size)
Supplying & installing glazed vision / spandrel fixed panels comprising of 6 mm Heat strengthened Saint Gobain's SGG Cool lite ST-136 ( Graphite Blue glass / Green / Sterling Silver of M/s Saint Gobain or approved equivalent quality or product meeting technical parameters approved shade and colour reflective tinted float glass coated on surface # 2 all complete as per approved shop drawings and specifications. Note: 1) Single glazed fixed vision / spandrel panels shall be measured to the overall dimension on external face as fixed on site (Actual size). 2) Cost of all consumables like double adhesive tape/structural sealant/masking tape etc required for fixing the glass shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate
Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium doors, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc with PVC / Neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge (Cost of snap beading shall be paid in basic item) With clear float glass panes of 8.00 mm thickness
Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required filling the gaps using silicon grout sealent etc. (fittings glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately)
