S&F inreplacement of u/s panel with new street light timer panel including astronomincal digital DX3 Time Switches 1 output 16 A - 250 VA, 50/60 Hz Astronomical function, 56 Programmes ,1 Channel, High-precision clockwork accurate to seconds per day, contactor 3 phase 65 Amp, MCB TPN 63 Amp for incomer and , MCB TPN 63 Amp outgoing for overload and short circuit protection, 63 Amp, 415 Volt, Operating Temperature: - 20 degree C +55 degree C (ideal for outdoor environments), IP20 for distribution board mounting; requires an IP65 enclosure or weatherproof box for outdoor installation, 56 customizable programs (daily, weekly, or yearly scheduling), FRLS (Fire retardant low smoke) Internal wiring, In-built Short-Circuit Protection , including all connected accessories and timer should be OEM and should conforms to IS/IEC 60947-4-1 complete all as specified & directed. Supply only PVC electric cable with insulated aluminium conductor (stranded) with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed 1100 volts grade, heavy duty, 6 sqmm twin core, weather proof flat with accessories, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of automatic street light control switch single phase 5-8 KW 40 Amps, 240-250 Volt, 50 Hz using infrared sensor based nature switch for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on Natural light lux level. The sensor along with suitable power contactors 40 amp and incoming out going MCBs should be enclosed pole/wall mounted thermo plastic polycarbonate enclosure conforming to IP 66 protection class 2. FRLS (Fire retardant low smoke) 1.5 sqmm Internal wiring complete all as specified and as directed.

Inspection/ checking/removing carbon/loose/broken joint and taking out loop up 1 to 3 feet in day to day of maintenance of electr complaints of all type lights and juction boxes ie. street/Security / building /flood lights(Indoor/outdoor)/Post top lattern /High mast lights( up to 20 mtr high)/ LED light all type/sizes & any wattage etc. for finding faults, including thorough cleaning of acrylic perpex cover , fixing driver, connecting any lenght of wire overhead and under ground cable connection from LT panel/junction boxes and refixing the same in existing position after carrying out necessary repair/replacement of parts and issued new light, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Detection & rectification of any type fault in over head / underground line shall be done by the contractor & cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of above item. (ii) Major spare parts/all type lights required will be measured and paid separately in relevant item of schedule and minor item cost i.e insulation tap,nut,bolt, washer, clamps, jumper less than one meter and three core pvc wire 1.5 sqmm upto 2 meter etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Contractor will provide one electrician and two helpers along with 24 step bamboo ladder complsory and sky lifter vehicle (not less than 3 days per week) and four wheeler for carrying man power, tools and plant for repairing day to day complaints and report to JE E/M I/C or engr-in-charge of External Elect Section. (iv) The complete arrangement i.e. veh, manpower, tools, plant, mobile and switching ON/OFF steet light on daily basis(Moning and Evening) and reported to concerned JE/AGE is enclusive in this quoted rate. (v) The contractor will make record in complaint register of all given complaints and rectified complaint updated on daily basis. All routine/urgent jobs recived on job slip will be repaired & got signature of user's and will be deposited to JE/AGE E/M with in 24hrs. In case of any delay in attending the complaint more than 12hrs after handing over of routine/urgent works, If the complaint is not rectified within stipulated time contractor will bear penality of Rs 200 per day per complaint.

(vi) Any accident/mishappening occured due to carelessness of the worker or by any other means during the execution of work shall be responsibility of contractor. The bidder have to insured his employees/ workers with proper insurance plan & copy of the same submitted to the office of Engineer-in-Charge (vii) Contractor/ bidder shall provide 02 set of proper uniform (summer & winter) to his employees/ workers as approved by the GE. (viii) Successful bidder shall calculate the quantities of various materials to be incorporated against each item of BOQ. 50% quantities of approved make from the GE shall be procured and handed over to Engr-in-Charge within 15 days from the stipulated date of commencement. Contractor shall submit the original purchase voucher along with so procured material to the Engr-in-Charge for his verification and entry in the MB accordingly. After consumption of first lot of material, same process shall be repeated by the contractor and the Engr-in-Charge for balance quantity of material. (ix) Bidders attention is drawn to the fact that claim of running payment shall only be entertained after compliance of condition stipulated vide note no (viii) herein above.

Supply and fixing PVC cable TC 1.5 Sqmm PVC Insulated with stranded copper conductor for connecting up the light fitting complate including PVC conduit 20mm dia medium grade with suitable size of clamp as required at site complete all as specified and diected.

Supply and fix in replacement electronic driver with power factor correction suitable for 35/45/60 Watt LED street lights, input AC 85-300V, input frequency 50/60 Hz, output voltage DC 22-38V, output current 1500mA (+-) 5%, waterproof level :IP 65, shell material : aluminium with IS 15885, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement electronic driver with power factor correction suitable for 70/90/120 watt LED street lights, input voltage 70V AC to 300 V AC , power factor 0.99 (Unity) , over voltage 300 V cutt off , short and open circuit protection isolated, surge protection up to 10 to 12 Kv, maximum output voltage 55 Kv, maximum current up to 1.5a waterproof level :IP 65, shell material : aluminium with IS 15885, complete all as specified and directed.
