Providing services for operation of lift of thirteen/eight passenger capacity on all day including Sunday and general holidays. Location :- C-43 to C-49 (07 Nos) No of operators:- One operators for seven lifts Shift timing :- 0600 hrs to 1400hrs

All as per item No. 1 described here in before but, Location :- C-43 to C-49 (07 Nos) No of operators:- One operators for seven lifts Shift timing :- 1400hrs to 2200hrs

All as per item No. 1 described here in before but, Location :- E-30 to E-38, E-39 to E-45 and E-46 to E-49, E-50 TO E-53 (24 Nos) No of operators:- Four operators for twenty four lifts Shift timing :- 0600hrs to 1400hrs.

Providing services for maintenance and repair of internal electric supply and attending day to day complaints round the clock in all days in three shifts in E type residential area at DRDO Phase-II all as directed/specified as under :- (a) Nature of duty :- (i) Attending of all day to day compliants of maintenance works. (ii) Replacement of fluorescent tubes, bulbs, building security lights of any wattage any type, chokes, starters , capacitors etc. (iii) Attending faults in 5/15 Amps sockets, single sockets, single phase and three phase power points, distribution boards, feeder pillar boxes of all types etc including internal wiring of buildings,ceiling fans, exhaust fans, geysers etc complete.

(iv) Periodical examination of feeder pillar boxes for any loose connection and tightening the same. (v) Inspection and testing of earth pits (vi) Collection job card maintained by the duty staff and attending the same without any loss of time (vii) Any other job required but not stated in this schedule but essential for smooth functioning of service centres (viii) External elecctric supply and attending day to day compliants (street light security light breakdown of panels) (ix) Cleaning of sub station daily. (x) Operation of DG Sets as directed. (xi) The material required for attending the repair will be provided by the Department as and when required basis (except T&P which shall be provided by the contractor)

Operating staff to be employed as under :- (i) Electrician - 01 No in each shifts for 3 shifts including Sunday.(Total - 03 per day) (ii) Helper - 01 Nos in general shifts including Sunday (Total 01 per day) Shift Timing :- 0900hrs to 1700hrs (general shift) 1700hrs tto 0100hrs 0100hrs to 0900hrs . Note :- Electricain deployed at E type will be operated DG Sets 200KVA -02 Nos at E Type Sub Station and 200KVA DG Set at RTC during second and third shift

Note for Item Ser No. 1 to 05 (i) Necessary two Nos uniform duly marked as Category of workers and mobile facility shall be provided to all operators . The rate shall be deemed to include for the same. (ii) Contractor will provide ITI certificate for tradesmen or minimum experience of 4 years from reputed organization (iii) PF, ESI of all tradesmen/helper is required & payment should be given through Bank account only (iv) If contractor fails to provide the tradesmen /helper the recovery should be @1500 per shift (v) Contractor will provide all the required Documents , Register, Tools, uniform, First Aid Box etc. at the duty places (vi) Lift operator should keep the lifts hygiene at any time.

Supply and fix MCB TPN 32 Amps TP, 415 Volts, 50 Hz complete in lift panel all as directed by Engr-in-Charge
