Dismantling boarding, any description fixed in any position with nails, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 40mm thick 2nd class hardwood planed one side with tongued and grooved joints and fixed with nails as in floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 20mm thick 2nd class hardwood planed one side with butt joints as in shelves of cupboards, racks and pelmets, eaves board and skirting work fixed with nails, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Unframed timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in section and in any position, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 2nd class HW as in scantlings timber fixed work clean sawn, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with two coats of creosote oil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tile, 10mm thick, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm as in floor set and joint in cement slurry, jointed & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No. 08 above, but as in skirting/dado, laid over 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 on walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of 450x350x7mm thick tiles on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over backing coat of 10 mm thick in CM 1:4, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
