ANNUAL OPERATION AND MAITENANCE (2022-24) OF E AND M INSTALLATIONS,FAS/FPS SYSTEMS AND AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEMS AT NSPR NAVAIDS HUTS, NEW ASR BUILDING-NSPR, AAI OCCUPIED AREA AT KIA AT BANGALORE AIRPORT BANGALORE

Annual Operation & Maitenance of E&M & AC systems installations at New Radar Building ,NSPR KIA - Bengaluru.

Round the clock operations of Electrical & Mechanical installations, FAS/FPS systems & Air-Conditioning Units including Recording of parameters readings on hourly basis, supervising,monitering of the installations,attending & rectifying the faults/breakdown and regular cleaning including providing documents to maintain the parameters readings for continues operation for all days including Sundays and Holidays as required for the E & M and AC unit installations as detailed in the Annexure "P" & "Q" and as per the special conditions & scope of work mentioned in the tender document etc.as required.

Supply of spares for day to day maintenance.

a) Supply of 3 Core X 1.5 Sq.mm unaromured FRLS Power Copper Cable of 1.1KV Grade .

b) Supply of 3 Core X 2.5 Sq.mm unaromured FRLS Power Copper Cable of 1.1KV Grade

Supply of following RETROFIT T8 LED Tube light 18W/20W capacity suitable for operation at 230V,50Hz, Single Phase AC Supply as per specifications complete as required.

Supply of following Recessed downlight LED light suitable for operation at 230V,50Hz, Single Phase AC Supply as per specifications complete as required18/20W LED 6500 K.

Supply of pedestal fan of 400mm sweep size operating on 230V 50Hz AC supply .

Supply of Self Priming Regenerative Pump of 0.75 Kw/1.0HP , operating on 230V 50 HZ, AC supply with discharge range of minimum 2700-500LPH & head range 6-36 mtr including fixng of suction & discharge suitable flexible pipe with non return valve, pipe bends etc as required .
