DEMOLITION OF STRUCTURES
Dismantling of existing buildings, sheds, porta cabins and other structures comprising of removal of all types of foundations and other RCC elements, reinforcement bars, brick work, stonework, flooring, finishes, etc. including taking out all doors, windows and ventilators with accessories and, all types of steel work, wood work, partitions, false ceiling, electrical, water supply, sanitary installlations, drainage pipes, rain water pipes, with all fittings and fixtures etc. complete. The job also includes all excavation for removal of foundation / substructure, backfilling, levelling etc. The entire site of the dismantled buildings / structures shall be cleared and levelled as directed. Stacking and disposal of all debris, unserviceable and waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting to dumping grounds, unloading & spreading in layers, arranging dumping grounds as approved by the municipal / local authorities, paying all statutory fees, obtaining disposal certificate etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer Note : The sizes of the structures mentioned below are indicative and have been provided solely for the guidance of the intending bidders for the purpose of giving preliminary idea. The contractor shall make his own arrangements to satisfy himself regarding the accuracy of the information given below and no claim whatsoever shall be admissible on account of any difference between the below mentioned data and actual dimensions of the existing buildings.
