Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 [one cement, four M-sand and eight course aggregates] using 40mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering including necessary supports for the plane surfaces such as RCC Column Footing, Plinth Beam, & Sill Beam etc., using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for soffits of plane surfaces like RCC Slabs, Lintels, Sunshades, Square Columns, Staircase waists, Beams etc., including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm c/c) etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for soffits of Square / Rectangular Columns including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm c/c) etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and laying in position standardised concrete mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 3250kg/10cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0cum) 7730kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.30cm) 5156kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7760kg of M-Sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / Roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and directed by the departmental officers. The Coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild Steel or Ribbed Tor steel bars for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best Second Class Table Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9"x4½"x3" having 350 kg/cm² compressive strength and 15% or less water absorbent in the period of 24hours immersement and confirming to ISI specifications including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

For Foundation and Basement

For superstructure in Ground Floor

Brick partition wall of 11cm thickness in CM 1:3 mix using best Second class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks 9"x4⅜"x2¾" bricks having 350kg/cm² compressive strength and 15% or less water absorbent in the period of 24hours immersement and confirming to ISI specifications and using hoop iron reinforcement if necessary (The hoop iron quantity to be measured and paid separately) etc., complete complying with standard specification.

For Foundation and Basement

For superstructure in Ground Floor

Manufacturing supplying and fixing in position of Steel Window with openable shutter frame made out of steel sections confirming to IS 7452/1982. The outer frames of windows made out of 'Z' section (F7D) of size 20x20x3mm confirming to IS 7452/1982. Mullions are made out of (F4B) 'T' section of size 46x25x3mm confirming to IS 7452/1982. The shutters are individual and each of them can be operated separately. Sash bars are made of 'T' section (T2) of size 25x22x3mm. 2 Nos of sturdy hinges and one number of handle cum ratch of special type are fixed for each openable shutter. Suitable opening is left for its easy operation. One number of window adjustable string with fixing bracket of sufficient length are provided for each shutter 4 No of 40x40x3mm angle fold fasts of 230mm length are welded to the frames at appropriate point. M.S square bars of 12mm size is welded to the inner face of the window at equal intervals not excluding 10cm spacing. All members are painted with one coat of red oxide of primer. The rate is inclusive of each of all materials, labour charges for fixing, one coat of primer, welding charges, transportation to the site of work, loading, unloading and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Fabricating supplying & fixing of M.S Doors with single / two leaves with outer frame 40x40x6mm Angle, shutter frame 35x35x6mm Angle, MS sheet 20 gauge intermediate stiffener 'T' section 25x25x6mm, panel should be covered with 20 gauge M.S sheet with necessary Tower Bolt 30cm length, butt hinges, hold fast, aldrop and handle on both sides etc., complete with one coat of red oxide primer.

Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (one cement three P-sand), 10mm thick in all floors for RCC slabs, Beams, Sunshades including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades, staircase steps, landing slabs etc., as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement five P-sand), 12mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Weathering Course with Brick jelly lime concrete made in Broken Brick Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no M-Sand to be added) laid over roof slab, the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32 to 12.5 and well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Finishing the top of the roof slab with one course of Machine pressed tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 [one cement and three M-Sand] 12mm thick mixed with waterproofing compound 2% by the weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement concrete in 1:8:16 [one cement, eight M-sand and sixteen course aggregates] using 20mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly for dummy columns including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

For superstructure in 1st Floor

Floor finishing with Granolithic flooring 25mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 [one cement, two M-Sand and four aggregates] mix using 10mm to 12mm size metal and top rubbed smooth, including cost of all materials and labour charges for mixing, laying, finishing, watering etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion paint (weather proof) of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris, putty wherever required etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Painting two coats for New iron work surface using best quality synthetic enamel paint etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and fixing of PVC Rain water downfall pipe of 110mm dia 4kg/sq.cm with necessary teak wood clamps etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling Well gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed, watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / fan point (for electronic regulator)

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3mm thick hylem sheet cover for 5A 3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 5A flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point.

Supply and run of 2 of 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection 14 SWG TC wire with painting of suitable colour.

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'36W fluorescent fitting complete with electronic ballast with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting.

Supply and fixing of 1200mm (48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 1 meter down rod on the existing clamp.

Earthing as per PWD standard with an earth electrode of 2 metre Class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 32mm complete with necessary masonry work.

Supply and fixing of 3 phase 4 wire 4 way ICDB of 32 Amps per way with 63A TPNMC switch with suitable trunking box MS cable entry and internal connection in suitable angle iron frame work with PWD earthing.

Supply and fixing of horizontal type 4 way triple pole neutral MCB distribution board in sheet steel enclosure double door (metal) with 40A 4 pole MCB isolater as incoming and 12 Nos. 6A to 32A SP MCB as outgoing in flush with wall and making good of the concealed portion with earth connection. The MCBDB and MCB's should be with the ISI mark. (like standard make).

Supply and run of 2 of No.8 SWG GI wire for guarding with cradle with No.8 SWG GI wire at the equal interval of 1.5 metre.

Supply and run of 4 x 6 sq.mm. (84 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V on 7 / 20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains.
