Repair/replacement of CI/DI/MS/GI pipe lines of various sizes, sluice valves, NRV, ARV at distribution area under GE (Utilities) udhampur

Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep or not exceeding on plan and getting out in any type of soil for taking out or laying of tubing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers, each layer not exceeding 25cm thick after pipes have been laid and tested complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down GI pipe of following sizes including all fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair to old sluice valve of following sizes for check nut, refacing, regrinding & refixing at its original location including cleaning, repacking stuffing box of sluice valve & spindle including fixing & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Repair to leaking run lead joints in CI/DI spigot and socket end pipe line of 80 mm bore by providing new lead ,using good quality spun yarn, including necessary excavation, returning, filling in trenches in any type of soil,bailing out water, and any depth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per ser item 16 here-in-before but of dia 100 mm bore pipe.

Cast iron air release valve with two air outlets of size 100mm dia. (in replacement) including all jointing materials like high pressure rubber gasket nuts, bolts, washers suitable for 300mm/250mm dia. pipe with arrangement for fixing, including taking down old unserviceable air release valve complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting of existing road for crossing of MS/DI/CI/GI pipes and for laying of any size pipes including necessary exacavation and earth work including repairing the same as per existing with pre mix bituminuos carpet complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Water proof fountain light of capacity 10 watt having green light output complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Nipple brass nozzle as per sample including removal of existing unsv one all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair to run lead joints for CI/DI of spigot socketed ends pipes of size 80mm to 150mm bore in position by providing new lead using good quality spun yarn at any depth, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
