Fabrication and Supply and fixing of steel door shutter made out of 40 x 40 x 6 mm MS angle section with necessary stiffeners 32 x 6 mm and flats at 30 cm intervals and necessary cross diagonals MS flats. The shutter frame shall be fully covered by 18G CC sheet and provided with required locking facilities and hinges including cost of red oxide primers.

Plastering with Cement 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick etc complete

White washing two coats using freshly burnt shell lime, in all floors, including cost of lime and other materials such as brushes, kanjee, scaffolding charges etc., complete

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification. - 10 sq.m
