Designing, providing, fabrication, painting, transporting, erecting and securing in position structural steel work for Pre Engineered Building complete as per specification/Technical specification as per the item of work, approved shop drawing and/or instructions as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Work under this item would generally cover all structural steel work in the Building, including but not being limited to, columns, stanchions, beams, rafters, purlins, runners for cladding etc.Work to include all intermediate stages of activities not defined herein, but otherwise implied for total completion of work. Cost to include but not be limited to, all materials including wastage, all consumables, fasteners of all types for both temporary and permanent stages of work, all temporary stays, labour, temporary work including staging scaffolding, tools, plant and equipment, and cost of all incidents and necessary testing of material, workmanship etc. including cost of painting as per specifications. NOTE : Providing, fabricating and supplying holding down bolts including all assemblies and accessories that are required bolts shall be sufficient length. Cost of fabricated, assembled and supplied bolts shall included work of actual fastening of the structural components with in the supplier's quoted rate of the item all complete. Supply, Fabrication, Erection and installation of on-site single length 0.55mm bmt color coated Standing Seam Flex-Lok profile, double structural architectural insulated zip standing seam steel roofing system; of nominal 300-450mm effective cover width, 61-65mm rib height, two-three stiffener symmetrically spaced parallel to 61-65mm deep rib, fixed to every purlin by means of structural grade Aluminium clip with UPVC thermal pad at the bottom of clip to reduce or eliminate thermal bridging effect. The panel overlapping shall be mechanically field seamed using electric steamer tool achieve increased weather durability and greater resistance to wind uplift. The profile should be capable to take care of flat, curved or tapered shapes to achieve various architectural requirements.

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building, for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel comprising of Aluminum Skin of Minimum 0.5mm(Alloy Grade AA3105) coated with KYNAR 500/Hylar 5000 PVDF based fluorocarbon /FEVE Lumiflon paint based fluro-polymer resin/Exterior Grade Lead free Coating on Top Face Compliance to AAMA 2605 of approved finish +3mm thick non-combustible mineral based polymer core compliance to Class B,s1,d0 As per En13501-1 and 2hrs Fire Resistance/Smoke as per ASTM E119 & E84 and NBC Guidelines 2016 +0.5mm aluminum skin with service coat on Bottom face # 2 using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. Overall weight of the ACP shall not be less than 7.6 kg per sqm. (c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation.

Providing and fixing Tubeline metal ceiling system. Metal suspended ceiling system shall comprise specialist extruded aluminium tubular sections (50mm dia x 1.6 mm thick) located within a precision formed aluminium carrier section points within the carrier section, at precise predetermined centres, in accordance as per drawing no. (35) 100 & 151. Tubes shall be connected in length by dedicated splice connector sections and securely locked into position, in the carrier section, with a specialist locking spring clip device. Tubes and carrier sections shall be finished with polyester powder paint to the approved colour with colour matching end caps used to close off the tubular sections. The membrane material shall be specialist extruded circular or as per drawing. The finish will be Polyester powder coating electro-statically applied to all surfaces of the tube and carrier section as a post painting process. Coat thickness of minimum 60 microns. The suspension system is Precision made, pre slotted SAS TCA 0129 aluminium tee carrier section positioned at 1200 mm centres and supported by slide on brackets TCB 12/L bolted to angle hangers suspended from structural soffit at 1200 mm centers or as per drawing. Tubeline sections shall be positioned at precise centres by positioning each leg securely into the pre slotted SAS TCA 0129 carrier section and securely looked into place with performed spring security clips at approved centres. Products must be fully tested in accordance with BS476 parts 6 and 7 with regard to fire propagation and surface spread of flame and by virtue of their performance be designated Class O in accordance with U. K. Building regulations.

Design, Supply and fixing structural glazing system consisting of powder coated aluminium and glass of approved make, aluminium frame work fabricated out of heavy duty Aluminium extruded profile powder coated with durable thermosetting polyester powder coating by electrostatic spraying and hard stoved to not less than 60 micron thickness to comply with BS 6496:1994 (1991) and AAMA 2603-98 standard as per approved shade. All aluminium members and profile shall be of AC-25grade as specifications. The aluminium members shall be protected with protections tapes all around the profile for safety against external scratches at site. (Protection tape shall be removed only at a time of handing over as per the instructions of project management.). The anchoring /bracing of the glazing to the RCC slabs /beams /colums shall be done with required number of non corrosive galvanized extended brackets of approved design (Galvanizing to be done conforming to IS: 4759-1996 upto 610 gms per sqm, 80-90 mcirons thickness) with approved dash fasteners of the minimum 12mm dia and depth of minimum 100mm, in the concrete and stainless steel bolts including providing and fixing aluminium shims of various thickness to adjust the beam level and line variation. The anchoring system has been design to withstand the dead load of structural wall as well as stresses due to wind pressure etc. The glazing frame shall be aligned for each vertical mullion for the entire height and for each transom for the entire width horizontally by laser beam equipment to ensure 100% x axis and y axis alignment. To make the joint water and air tight the glazing frame work provided with approved in built ventilation and drainage system. All the joints of the structural glazing system and the periphery, of glass shall be properly sealed with specified weather silicon. The details of inbuilt ventilation and drainage system should be submitted by the contractor before execution.
