Taking down burnt cable and Supply,fixing and testing of Aerial bunched cable (AB) HT 6.35/11 KV of size 3 core- X 95 sqmm+1-core X 70 sqmm with three power cores stranded compacted circular aluminium conductor screened with black extruded semiconducting compound, natural coloured XLPE insulated core screened with black extruded semi conducting compound and one layer of copper tape and covered with black extruded PVC ( core identification by colour tape marking red, yellow and blue with colour tape placed longitudinally under the copper tape) and one bare messenger wire shall be stranded non compacted circular aluminium alloy conductor, all as specified and directed. Make:- Havells, Gloster, Polycab, Grandlay Note:- The following hardware fittings and accessories shall be used to install, erect and join the AB cable :- (i) Suspension clamp with eye hook (ii) Suspension fittings and corresponding eye hook (iii) Dead eye fittinngs (iv) Nylon Tie (v) connectors Note: - Contractor has do all kind of tests for HT cable as per EI Rule before fixing on poles and cost of end jointing kits shall not be paid separetly and cost of the same included in rate quoted.

Taking down old /unsv earthing and Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x600mm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground leel, connecting to the Galvanised earthing lead strip 32x6mm size, by means of bolts, nuts, heck nuts and washers of galvanized iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 65mm bore incl provision of concrete pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt & charcoal filling, test point made out of 40mm x 8mm FI with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs, all as per electrical plate No 5 of SSR-1991 Part I and connected to earth test point, all as specified or indicated incl testing on completion. Note:- The required resistance of Earthing shall be 2 ohm or less than 2 ohm, If not found to the required resisstance, the contractor has to reorganise for required resistance and the cost for the same included in the quoted rate and no extra shall be paid on failure of getting required resistance.

Supply and fixing in replacement female contact spring loaded having brass contacts suitable for GOD 200A for working pressure 11000 Volts, galvanised iron bolts, nuts and washers for fixing with post insulator or any other indicated situation, all as required at site or directed by Engr In charge.

Material and labour for pole painting of 9 mtr to 11mtr steel tubular pole of any type/size/ length and removing from existing pole painting by using wire brush and using with emary paper and cleaning with chemical agents after cleaning of steel tubular pole and GI brackets and cross arms in two coats of red oxide primar and two coats of silver oil paint upto smooth finishining to satisfactorly by engr-in-charge and painting work one coat of alternative white and black straps of 30 cm each upto 1.5 mtr height using synthetic enamell paint carryout at any height, including safety eqpts & tools will be own arrangement and complete all as specified and directed. Taking down old unsv operating switch gear device and Supply and fixing 11KV, 630A suitable for outdoor type in CRCA powder coated steel enclosure, 3.15 mm thick and the main frame is welded in steel structures fabricated load break switche Panel protection of various transformers <400KVA. The switch shall use low pressure SF6 gas for current interruption and shall require no maintenance. Leakage rate shall not be over 0.1% per year, for life span of at least 30 years.It shall have three positions (closed, open and earthed). The switching device shall be suitable for three-phase systems operating at 11/12 kV and 50/60 Hz. The rated voltage shall be at least 12 kV. The short-time with stand current shall be 25 kA26.3 - 1 s / 12 kV. LBS Make ABB, Schneider, SIEMENS.

LBS panel should be provided with fuse trip assembly and HRC fuses of appropriate rating for protection of transformers. The operating mechanism should have following functions. (a) Switch function: independent-operation closing by lever. Operating energy is provided by a compressed spring which, when released, causes the contacts to close. independent-operation opening by push-button (O) or trip units. Earthing-switch function: Independent-operation closing and opening by lever. Operating energy is provided by a compressed spring which, when released, causes the contacts to open or close (c). Opening releases- shunt trip Switch: The switch shall use low pressure SF6 gas for current interruption and shall require no maintenance. The switch enclosure shall be mounted horizontally within the cubicle and the position of the main and earthing contacts shall be clearly visible from the front of the cubicle. The position indicator shall be placed directly on the contact-operating shaft. The switch enclosures shall be made of cast epoxy resin. The mechanical endurance of the switch operating mechanisms shall ensure at least 1000 operations class M1.

LBS Panel: Medium voltage switchgear shall completely with the latest issues of the IEC recommendations: IEC 62271-200. Switchgear shall be Free standing, Floor mounted, metal enclosed suitable for Outdoor use. The frame of individual vertical panels shall be minimum 2 mm CRCA. Degree of protection shall not be less than IP55. All hardware shall be corrosion resistant. Busbar shall be high conductivity aluminum/Copper supported on insulators made of nonhygroscopic, non-inflammable material. Panel shall be provided with earth busbar of copper of suitable size rated for short time rating of switch board and Provision for receiving incoming or outgoing power cable through rear bottom entry. All metal surface shall be thoroughly cleaned, processed under 7 tank treatment. Make of Panel Schneider/ABB/Siemens/dvepl/Panel shall be powder coated with final colour shade RAL 7032/eqvt shade. Earthing of the Power Circuit: Cable earthing shall be carried out by an earthing switch with a short-circuit making capacity, in accordance with IEC 62271-102 recommendations. It shall be possible to operate the earthing switch when the switch or disconnector is open. Mechanical interlocking systems (rotating switch with 3 positions )shall be provided to prevent incorrect operations such as the closing of the earthing switch with the switch or disconnector in closed position Control Wiring: The wiring shall be carried out using multi-strand copper conductor super flexible PVC insulated wires of 650/1100V Grade for AC Power. Control terminals shall be screw type for auxiliary wiring Minimum 10% spare terminals shall be provided for control circuit.

Taking down and M&L for steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-55 (11metre long) with 300 mmx300mmx6mm mild steel base plate continuously welded to pole, finial taper, nut, bolts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embedded portion and applying one coat of red oxide primer for the remaining portion and two coats of aluminium paint beyond 1.5M from ground level/coping and making 30cm black and white strips with two coats of super enameled paint up to 1.5M from ground level/coping, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, all as specified.

Surface excavation not exc 30cm deep and average 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing glow sign board made of sheeting having lighting arrangement of superior quality of size 5'x2' showing installation Nomenclature as approved marked, all as specified and directed. Material and labour for scraping of old paint of 33/11KV substation (02 Nos bay) steel structure posts by using emery/iron brush and painting with two coats of aluminium to complete 33/11KV substation including entire steel structure upto height of mtr,spray painting of 02 Nos 33/11KV, 3.15MVA transformer as per existing incl aluminium painting of XPM jalli around transformer, spray painting to CT/PT units, all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor has to take complete shut down and contractor shall not be provided working periods more than 02 Hrs/day.

Material and labour for tree branches/vegitation cutting around the 2/4 poles tructure and HT lines and installations from line conductor to tree distance up to 4 mtrs and cutted wood pieces/vegitation materials disposal upto distance not exc 100 mtr at defence land location where as directed and including providing safety eqpts & cutting tools,ladders etc will be own arrangement by the contractor and complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (1) Safety measures will be fully responsible by tenderer. (2) During tree /branches/vegitation cutting any damages on OH lines/installation should be reuniform responsible fully by the tenderer with out any extracost. (3) Approximately distance covered 2 mtr both side for the HT/LT lines 100 mts & at installation not exc 100mtr x100 mtr measured as a one Job only.

Material and labour for 9 mtr to11mtr PCC pole painting of any type /size/length and removing from existing pole painting by using wire brush and cleaning with with cotton waste after cleaning of PCC pole in two coats water proof cement based paint in two coats and GI brackets and cross arms in two coats of red oxide primar and two coats of silver oil paint upto smooth finishining to satisfactorly by engr-in-charge and one coat of alternative white and black straps of 30 cm each upto 1.5 mtr height using synthetic enamell paint, painting work carryout at any height, including safety eqpts & tools will be own arrangement and complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour painting of 4 pole structure of any type/size/length and removing from existing pole painting by using wire brush and using with emary paper and cleaning with chemical agents after cleaning of steel tubular pole and GI brackets and cross arms in two coats of red oxide primer and two coats of silver oil painting upto smooth finishining and painting to satisfactorly by engr-in-charge and painting work carryout at any height and including marking of pole numers as directed and safety eqpts & tools will be own arrangement and complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of painting material is deemed to be included in quoted rate only.
