Making suitable plinth covering all 4 legs of ACB with U shaped Housing for L.T. Cable as per site requirement with bricks work cement and sand ratio 1 : 4 with smooth finish including cost of all civil materials.

Erection of ACB on erected plinth.

Laying, stringing of LT XLPE Cable (1x300 to 1x630 Sq.mm).

Erection of New 11 KV switchgear panel in control room building in proper alignment, grouting of Anchor bolts matching of switchgear with each other matching of bus bar and related work and its earthing including cost of civil material.

Earthing of Panels at two points by M.S. Strip.

Testing and Comissioning of 11 KV Panel including internal wiring and connection.

Laying of control cable including digging of trench and back filling.

Supply of 40 mm dia class 'B' G.I. pipe 40' long along with all related materials required for 11 KV distribution Transformer, 11 KV VCB, 11 KV O/D Metering unit/ 11 KV pilfer proof metering cubical etc. earthing work.

Boring upto 40 feet & lowering of 40 mm dia 'B' class G.I. pipe & filling of coal, sand & Ganga sand around the G.I. pipe.

Connecting earthing to switch gear pannel by laying M.S. Flat and by welding alongwith assembling of all related material.

Digging of Trench for laying of cable in different situations in size of 30 cm. wide and 1 to 1.5 meter deep.

Laying of 11 KV 3x185 mm2 XLPE cable in above digged trench including already constructed cable trench of control room and also upto pole covering with bricks and back filling and proper ramming as per standared spcification (11 KV 3x185 sq.mm Cable shall be provided by Kesco.)

Making 11 KV indoor/outdoor joints of 11KV 3x185 sqmm. Cable where the cable is being laid (11 KV I/D & O/D joints 3x185 sq.mm shall be provided by Kesco.).

Mounting of cable box on pole, 11 KV Switch gears with proper handling of concerning cable and its fixing.

Laying, Stringing & Tensioning of ACSR Dog Conductor for making jumpers on riser.

Costruction of T/F Plinth size 1.2x1.2x1.2 Cubic Mtr. (including civil material and 6feet (1.5 feet long 4 Pcs.) M.S. Angle size 65x65x6mm) will be Solid with brick work 75mm thick C.C. in ratio 1:4:8 with cement, coarse sand and brick ballast.

Fabication and erection of T/F fencing of frame size 3x2.5 mtr. Including cost of M.S. Angle size 40x40x5 mm and M.S. Flat size 35x5 mm, fixing of welded steel wire fabric on steel frames by welding of 10 SWG wire fabric, incluidng painting of two coats of paint on iron based surfaces with ready mixed paint to give bus green shade including of oil and dust.(2 Set).

Erection of Transformer on newly erected Transformer Plinth/D/Pole (11/0.43 KV, 400 KVA Distribution Transformer shall be provided by Kesco).

Making foundation along the T/F fencing size 9"x0.3 mtr. by brick cement and core sand including cost of all material.

Erection of Pilfer proof metering cubical provided by Kesco. in Consumer Constructed meter room (Pilfer proof metering cubical shall be provided by Kesco.).

Erection and mounting of outdoor CT/PT pole mounted unit on erected double pole (11 KV O/D pole mounted CT/PT double metering unit shall be provided by Kesco.)

Chopping of tree branches for clearing the route of 33/11 KV overhead line

Opening of 11 KV H.T. jumper for construction of line.

Making of 11 KV H.T. Jumper after construction of line.

Erection of Danger Board including all related work.

Testing, commissioning and energisation of Newly constructed HT 11 KV network .

Preparation and submission of 01 Set comprises of 3 copies of complete layout drawing with GIS mapping as per actual cable routing, showing road crossing HDPE pipe/M.S. Pipe sleeving jointing locations, markers etc.
