Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sq. mm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed single core FRLSH copper cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor in and including cutting of chases to lay PVC rigid concealed conduit (medium grade), exposed to surface wherever required including conduit as specified and making good to surface by using CM 1:3, and using of wall finish paint to match the existing surface, as specified including all fittings and conduit accessories also complete including PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH single core multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sq. mm green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for one light/fan point controlled by one, one way switch complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Cost for cutting chases and making good to match the existing surface shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(a) All as per Srl item No 1 here-in-before above but one light point controlled by one single pole switch complete all as specified and directed.

(b) All as per Srl item No 1 here-in-before above but one fan/exhaust/wall mounted point controlled by one single pole switch complete all as specified and directed.

(c) All as per Srl item No 1 here-in-before above but 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps independent with cable 1.5 sq. mm size complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2 here in before but using 2.5 sq. mm single core multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed, flame retardant low smoke ( FRLSH ) cable for 15 Amp socket outlet on independent board including 2.5 sq. mm multi stranded copper conductor cable of green colour as continuous earth wire with lugs etc. including taking down of old u/s wiring required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Modular switch, one way 6 Amps , 1 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Modular socket, 2/3 pin 6 Amps , 2 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Modular switch, one way 16 Amps, 1 modulecomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Modular socket, 2/3 pin 6/16 Amps, 2 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Modular white cover plate with frame for 1/2 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Modular white cover plate with frame for 3 module complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI Modular gang sunk-in pressed terminal boxes of required size not less than 1.2 mm thick factory made for following module complete all specified and directed. Note: Flushing of module box in wall with cement and repairing the wall as before is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Metal flush box 3 module complete all as specified and directed.

Metal flush box 4 module complete all as specified and directed.

Metal flush box 6 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED flood light 100 watt 230V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

S&F submain wiring with unsheathed multi-stranded FRLSH Grade copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in and including PVC rigid conduit medium grade of not less than 25mm dia with conduit accessories and concealed in wall/surface of ceiling for two runs of 4 sq. mm single core HR Grade and one run of 4 sq. mm PVC insulated copper conductor for earth continuity wire between main DB to submain DB/ AC plug points complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Two run of single core cable with one run of earth continuity conductor and PVC conduit and accessories will be measured as one length including cutting chasing in wall complete. Note: Rates are deemed to be included for chases of conduit and sunking for boxes cutting and making holes and making good to surfaces in wall/floor for passing in or through conduit.

S&F AC box, Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth including plug and socket complete set with one single pole MCB of 20 Amps,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hole cutting on wall for 250mm exhaust fan including PCC 1:2:4 (using 12.50 coarse stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, copper winding of sweep 250 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F ceiling fans complete with blades, down rod 1800mm long, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for chemical earthing complete with copper plate earth electrode 90 cm x 60 cm x 5 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 4.00 mtr below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 3.25 mtr below ground level) brazed with copper strip 50 mm x 6 mm size 7.5 mtr long and connected to copper strip of any size by means of copper bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rated quoted is deemed to the inclusive of the followings:- (a) The excavation and earth work (filling in, ramming in layers, watering etc as directed) in any type of soil for earth pit (pit size 1.20 m x 1.20 m x 4.0 m). (b) Perforated GI tubing (ISI marked) light grade 80 mm bore 7.0 mtr long for strip protection and watering. (c) Back fill compound of 400 kgs (Bentonite or Marconite). (d) Precast RCC earthchamber of internal size 600 mm x 600 mm x 600 mm including PCC (1:3:6) bed, 15 cm thick at bottom and 50 mm thick RCC slab having lifting arrangements and duly painted in required colour. (e) On testing, after completion, if the earth resistance less than 1 ohms is not obtained, earthing will be regenerated at no extra cost till the desired earth resistance is obtained. (f) GI tubing, bib tap etc. for provisioning of continuous water supply at earthing pit will be measured and paid seperately under respective schedule of the contract.

M& L for test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75 mm x 75 mm x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 holes each having 8mm dia, 25mm long hexagonal head with nuts & washers complete as specified and directed.

M & L for testing point box of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 50 mm depth as per sample complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Copper Strip of size 32 mm X 6 mm buried/laid in trenches/fixed on wall/tower etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm bore GI tubing, medium grade galvanized with all fitting and laid in trenches complete all as spcified and directed.

S&F gun-metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed on both ends to iron pipe and fixed to 15 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for copper brazing with copper strip/copper rod complete all as specified.

Supply & Fixing of PVC insulator supporter with nut bolts / screws for fixing of copper / aluminium strips / GI strips on walls/PCC blocks etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix with programming EN 54/UL LISTED addressable multi sensor (heat+smoke) with base as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Make: Agni, Honeywell, Est Edwards, Ravelfire

Supply and fix with programming addressable EN 54/UL listed resetable manual call point as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix with programming addresable loop sounder EN 54/UL listed as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix addressable EN54/UL LISTED control module as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix addressable EN54/UL LISTED monitor module as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix with programming addressable one loop control panel with (fire alarm capability: 1 loop 99 detactor and 99 module with a minimum number of loops) microprocessor, with based analogue addressable fire control panel, E-prom,240 sealed lead acid battery suitable for operating the system.The panel shall be EN-54/UL listed and shall be complete as per specification.

Supply and fixing with programing of repeater panel to provide pin point location of the fault or fire event and should provide complete information as per specification. EN-54/UL LISTED as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix 1.5 sqmm 2 core PVC insulated unsheathed, FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable, 1100V grade complete al as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MS conduit of size 25 mm on wall/ceiling with clamps, screw and all connected items as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply ad fix air curtain of 6 feet width, with 1500 CFM & 21 m/s air velocity, with noise level less than 50db, with 3 motors of copper winding & 6 blowers having ABS material body, single phase, 220 volts, 50Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. .

Supply and fix Hi-wall split type air conditioner with indoor and outdoor unit complete with inverter technology with cordless remote control unit and with built in ionisser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality of single phase, capacity 2 TR 5 star rated and EER 3.2 as specified and directed.

S&F nylon braided PVC pipe of size 20mm dia outer suitable for split AC drain including fixing accessories such as claps, screws, rawl plugs etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F pre-fabricated AC stand suitable for wall mounting or floor mounting made with mild painted with synthetic enamel paint with anti vibration rubber pads including grouting in wall applicable for wall mounting type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for suction and discharge copper tubing of size 1/2 inch and 1/4 inch dia and 0.5mm thickness from indoor unit to outdoor unit of split type AC of 2 TR capacity including soldering and braizing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Suction and discharge copper tubing together wil be measured as one unit of running metre.

All as per item no.38 above but copper tubing size 5/8 inch and 3/8 inch dia and 0.5mm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for insulating the suction and discharge copper tubing from indoor unit to outdoor unit of split type AC of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR with neoprene foam sleeves including sealing by applying adhesive tape of brown or white colour to avoid minimum contact with atmosphere complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase, naturally air cooled indoor type and wall mounting type and designed for input variation between 170 Volts to 250 Volts with output voltage stabilized at 230 Volts with accuracy of + 2.5% including time delay relay and LCD display, of 5 KVA rated capacity complete. Make: Blue Bird/Volina/Sinetrac.

Supply and fix air cooled tower unit air conditioner electric driven portable type, with remote control, with noise level less than 50db, with R32 refrigerant, with LCD display, with high energy effiency compressor, single phase, 230 Volts of capacity 2 TR, BEE 5 star rated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install, testing and commissioning of silent diesel engine driven generating set of 25 KVA capacity, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts, 1500 RPM, AC power supply with power factor 0.8 coupled directly to self excited & self regulated brushless AC alternator suitable for ambient conditions mounted on a common base plate complete with 200 Amps AMF (Automatic Mains Failure) control panel and conforming to IS complete with integral acoustic enclosures(should have silent features) modular bolted construction & pure polyester based coating to long life in all weather conditions & for outdoor application/installation, integrated design thereby facilitating/easy handling the design of integral acoustic enclosures should be approved by National Physical laboratory as per Central Pollution Control Board(CBCB-4+) latest regulation/norms with adequate capacity of fuel tank, battery of 12 volts 95AH, with low noise silencer & engine exhaust outlet,with vibration isolator, mounting on appropriate size channel and standard accessories & PCC platform of appropriate dimensions for acoustic enclosures 45cm above ground level as recommended by manufacturer, tools & spares as provided by Manufacturer all as specified & directed with the following specifications: Civil Works : All civil works related to foundation, installation of panel and equipments including making good of existing structure if disturbed during installation and commissioning of Gen Set (Total depth of foundation shall be min 300 mm with anti-vibration pads) deemed to be included in the quoted rate. NOTE : (i) The make of Diesel engine / Alternator shall be of Kirloskar / Cummins / Crompton Greaves/Ashok Leyland.(ii) Necessary ducts and PCC cover to be provided for cable route from generator to AMF Panel and mains to AMF Panel as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Standard tools kit and hand pump for filling diesel to the tank shall be supplied by the contractor.(iv) Necessary testing equipment for testing before handing over the work (Phase I and Phase II test ) shall be carried out by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Accepting Officer or any person authorised by him and the satisfactory results shall be kept in MES records duly signed by the Contractor, Engineer-in-Charge and Testing Officer. (v) Contractor shall bring diesel for testing for 18 Hours of Test Run.

Supply , laying , testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated and PVC Sheathed , galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with multi stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 70 sqmm 3.5 core ISI marked complete all as specified & directed by Engineer - In - Charge.

Supply , laying , testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated and PVC Sheathed , galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with multi stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of size 95 sqmm 3.5 core ISI marked complete all as specified & directed by Engineer - In - Charge.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for laying cable etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material/surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying sand in trenches for protection of cable sand cushioning to cable 8 cm thick below cable and 15 cm thick above cable in layers all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing with auto dialer system with GSM SIM and one year recharge to send fire event info to desierd location as per specification(EN-54/UL LISTED) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mm × 60mm × 3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to copper strip of size 32mm x6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers , of GI or steel, including PCC (concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge mesh, 80 mm thick RCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) and specified including provision of GI strip protected by 40 mm dia medium grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade, and including all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
