Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of block masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cemnent Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel rolled section as in main and cross beam, hip and jack rafter, purlins, where connected to common rafter and running rails fixed with cleat or other connecting plates etc.(Fe-410-W(Gde E-250)Quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick levelling course in cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2,(40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using mechanically crushed 40mm stone aggregate) as in sub base of intelocking path, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using mechanically crushed 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors finished rough for receiving top layer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20-25 mm thick machine cut kota stone slab flooring over and including 15mm thick cement screed base in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mix with pigment to match the shade of slab complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding exc. 0.06 sqm but n.exc. 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. Set over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm (1:6) and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick work or concrete surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finsihed the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames(without taking off shutters from the frame) area exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel pvc door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet & 5mm thick x15mm wide PVC sheet beading used inside stiles and rails and decorative PVC beading of 10mm x 10mm (90 degree) used instead of exposed portion of PVC sheet beading in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified.
