Supply & Commissioning of Lightweight Wheel Skate Trolley

Railways reserves the rights to place order for entire / bulk quantity on firms who have successfully supplied same/similar items to any Railway/ PUs for which documentary evidence must be furnished along with their offer evidencing execution of such the purchase orders

Procurement from (OEMs) manufacturers or authorized agent/dealer: 1.OEM / OES& there authorized agents/ dealers / re-sellers will be considered for placement of PO. Authorized agents / dealers / re-sellers to submit Tender Specific Authorization along with offer. 2.Firm should submit performance certificate of at least 01 number Light weight wheel skate trolley /Wheel Skate/Wheel Set Trolley/Wheel towing Equipment supplied in last 03 years from date of Bid, working satisfactorily at least 01 year after commissioning. Certificate of same duly signed by Railway Gazetted Officer to be submitted along with the offer. 3.Bidders must attach only relevant and limited documents required to be submitted as per above criteria. Submission of any Irrelevant POS, I/Cs and R/Notes copies and any other unrelated documents which has no relevance to the above criteria may lead to rejection of the offer. No claim/ representation of the bidder shall be admissible in such cases. 4.Firm should give certificate for on- site warranty for 03 years. 5.The documents must be uploaded along with the tender, failing which the offer is likely to be rejected without any back reference for the same. 6.Firm should certify OEM/OES support for service/spare parts for item offered to be supplied for at least 10 years from date of supply.

Make In India Preference policy :- In keeping with the Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order, 2017 as amended, procurement of the item is restricted to Class I and class II local suppliers. Minimum local content requirement for Class-I local supplier is minimum 50 % . For Class-II local supplier is minimum 20 % . Non local suppliers: The bidders offering imported products will fall under the category of Non-local suppliers- As per MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS - RAILWAY BOARD letter ..2020/ RS(G)/779/2-Part-1 Dated: 17/05/2021. The vendors with local content less than 20% should not quote in the tender who do not qualify to be Class I and class II local suppliers, as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor who does not qualify to be a Class I and class II local supplier for tendered item participates in the tender it does so at its own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the vendor
