Supply and laying of HDPE Geo membrane for Bed 750 Micron thickness as approved by Engineer incharge, pasting on both faces, including laying in position, anchorage, carriage to site, jointing/welding, spraying of cement slurry etc. complete in all respect, as per drawings, design, specifications and instructions of the Engineer incharge .

Filling expansion joints with special impervious hot pour 12.5mm wide

Supply of PVC water stop 150 x 10 mm for use in construction joints, complete in all respects as per drawings, design, specifications and the instructions of the Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing in bed PVC Pressure Relief valve in plate & socket type design having zero backwater leakages with housing pipe of nominal outer dia 160 mm (working presure 0.4 MPa), having length of 430 mm and strainer pipe of nomial dia 110mm (working presure 0.6 MPa), complete in all respect as per design, drawing & specifications & the instructions of the Engineer incharge.

Providing and laying in position design mix concrete M-15 grade using minimum cement content as specified in IS 456: 2000, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade and laying the same with mechanical concrete paver or by other means(wherever laying of concrete with paver is not possible) for cement concrete lining 150 mm thick including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS-9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability including cost of cutting grooves and inserting PVC water stop seals (excluding cost of PVC seals), supply and application of primer for joints, supply, carriage, all leads and lifts, loading and unloading of all materials, curing, complete in all respect, as per drawings, design, specifications & the instructions of the Engineer incharge. i) In bed and curved portion 0 to 2.0 mtr height

Providing and laying in position design mix concrete M-15 grade using minimum cement content as specified in IS 456: 2000, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade and laying the same with mechanical concrete paver or by other means(wherever laying of concrete with paver is not possible) for cement concrete lining 150 mm thick including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS-9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability including cost of cutting grooves and inserting PVC water stop seals (excluding cost of PVC seals), supply and application of primer for joints, supply, carriage, all leads and lifts, loading and unloading of all materials, curing, complete in all respect, as per drawings, design, specifications & the instructions of the Engineer incharge. ii) In side slopes from 2.00 Mtr. up to 3.50 Mtr Height.

Earth work in excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where Pick-Jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm, layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within lead of 30 metres.

Cement concrete M-20 mechanically batch mixed using computerised concrete batch mixing plant including carriage by transit mixer within 1 km lead and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth.

Extra for pumping charges of Batch Mix Concrete / Ready mix conrete work (RMC)

115 mm thick brick on edge lining in herring bone bond/zig-zag or other specified pattern in 1:3 cement sand mortar over 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 over 12.50 mm thick cement plaster in 1:5 on sub grade. (b) in Bed.

Providing safety ladders on side slopes of lining in cement concrete M-15 including fixing iron rungs 25 mm diameter of steel having anti-corrosive properties supported with 10 mm dia longitudinal bars, dismantling of existing lining, excavation of earth and disposal of earth and dismantled material with all leads & lifts at disposal site to be arranged by agency himself, including supply and carriage of cement at site of work, supply & carriage of steel, bending, binding and placing in position , supply & carriage of coarse sand and shingle from approved quarry & curing complete in all respect, as per drawings, design, specifications & the instructions of the Engineer incharge.

Making dewatering arrangements inclusive of running, operation and maintenance of equipment to provide dry condition at working place for lining, longitudinal /transverse drain etc & provision of digging & filling of drains for disposal of water as per the instructions of the Engineer incharge. The rate shall be inclusive of filter material, if required, to be provided to prevent fine particles in the adjacent ground to be carried away by flowing water and to prevent clogging of the system.

Providing Tractor 24 H.P. for running 4” x 4” pumping set for open dewatering

Providing and fixing distance marks complete in all respect, as per drawings, design, specifications & the instructions of the Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing in side slopes PVC Pressure Relief valve in plate & socket type design having zero backwater leakages with housing pipe of nominal outer dia 160 mm (working presure 0.4 MPa), having length of 750 mm and strainer pipe of nominal outer dia 110mm (working presure 0.6 MPa), complete in all respect as per design, drawing & specifications & the instructions of the Engineer incharge.The rate shall be inclusive of dismantling existing lining(if required), excavation of PRV side pocket and disposal of dismantled material/earth with all leads and lifts, supply, carriage, loading & unloading, laying & compaction etc. of filter material consisting of sand and gravels complete in all respect as per drawings, design, specifications & the instructions of the Engineer incharge. (@ 10 m ( 33’ ) apart on both sides of the channel in Pockets )

Making drainage arrangements behind lining by excavating longitudinal side drains of trapezoidal section in the bed of channel and disposal of earth with all leads & lifts loading & unloading, dressing the bottom and sides of the drain, and the items given below complete in all respects as per drawings, design, specifications & the instructions of the Engineer incharge i) Providing and laying of filter material for drains consisting of coarse sand of FM 1.50 or above, gravels of nominal size 5-20 mm and 20-40 mm including carriage, loading & unloading, grading, laying and compaction. ii) Providing and laying perforated PVC pipe of 160 mm internal dia (working pressure 6 Kg /cm2) into drains for all depths with correct aligment, gradient, levels, cutting & jointing etc including fixing in position PVC tees,cross, cap and other required fiitings for PVC pipes including all materials, carriage,loading, unloading and all leads & lifts etc.

Making Drainage arrangements behind lining by excavating transverse drains of trapezoidal section in the bed of channel and disposal of earth with all leads & lifts loading &unloading dressing the bottom and sides of the drain and the items given below complete in all respects as per drawings design specification & the instructions of the Engineer incharge. i) Providing and laying of filter material for drains consisting of 200 gsm. Geo textile and gravels of nominal size 20-40 M.M including placing, anchorage of Geo-textile, carriage, loading and unloading, grading and compaction. ii) Providing and laying perforated PVC pipe of nominal outer dia 160 mm (working pressure 0.6 MPa) in drains for all depths with correct alignment, gradient,levels, cutting and jointing etc. including fixing in position PVC tees.cross cap and other required fitting for PVC pipe including all materials, carriage loading , unloading and all lead & lifts.

Constructing rain water drain on both sides of common bank with mixed concrete M-15 using cement content not less than minimum cement as specified in IS 456:2000, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant & transported to site of work in transit mixer having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade i/c cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS-9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength & durability i/c supply, carriage, all leads & lifts, loading & unloading, curing, dismantling of existing drains wherever required, excavation of earth & disposal of earth & dismantled material with all leads & lifts at disposal site to be arranged by agency himself complete in all respect, as per drawings, design, specifications & the instructions of the Engineer incharge..
