DOORS AND WINDOWS: Providing UPVC double glaze argon filled doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length.

WOODEN TRUSS: Supply and erecting of Local Poplar tree wood truss with all allied work as per the design/Instructions of site engineer.

EVE'S Boarding:Providing and fixing eves boarding of 300 mm wide with necessary grooves and chamferof color coated sheets including nuts & bolts etc.

ROOFING: Providing and Fixing of 0.63 mm High Rib Powder Coated Colured C.G.I sheets fixed with Nails and Caps of suitable sizes at recommended distances. The CGI roofing shall be properlp overlapped and fitted with ridges and valleys as per site requirement.

Providing and fitting of 750mm wide soffit of color coated sheets (panelling type) of 0.5 mm thick including Splice Joist frame work of size 1.5" X 1.5" (Local Poplar Tree wood).

Construction of Soakage pit out of the readily available cement Concrete Rings of appropiate size, 10 feet deep with Lid and allied works. The job includes excavation, p/f of cement rings, lid, and allied works.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS :·13753 of minimum thickness 5 mm of approved make like NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY KAJARIA, or equivalent make in all colour, shades except begundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Eningeerin- Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing wtih grey cement slurry@ 3.3 kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing Ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturers) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 13755 of NITC.O, ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in colour such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red, Brown laid on 20 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1: 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coa.rse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Poly proplylene-Random-Co-Polymer (PPR) pipes SDR 7.4 -16 mm outer dia diameter nominal bore (medium class) complete with PPR fittings and clamps, including making good the walls etc. cutting chases and making good the wall (Internal work). Make: Astral/Prayag/Finolex/Supreme.

Providing and fixing Poly proplylene-Random-Co-Polymer (PPR) pipes SDR 20-25 mm outer dia diameter nominal bore (medium class) complete with PPR fittings and clamps, including making good the walls, cutting chases, tenching and laying the pipe underground with refilling of excavated material and making good the wall (External work).
