ADDN/ ALTN AND IMPROVEMENT TO P-305 AND UNIT ARMOURY AND PROVN OF CLOTHING DRYING FACILITY AT CERTAIN SMQs AND TMQs AT HQTC BANGALORE

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry/ precast concrete block walling, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Item 1 of Job A + item 26 of Job B)

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1, 1:3:6 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Item 2 of Job A + item 27 of Job B)

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) type C1, 1:3:6 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and setting in cement mortar 1:6 in walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Item 4 of Job A + item 25 of Job B)

Material and labour for clay moulded terracota jalli blocks of intricate design, patterns and shapes, kiln burnt, size of each block 220x220x63mm, binded using approved adhesive, fixed to mild steel frame work as required and colouring the tiles with terracota shade for aesthetic appearance complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Mildsteel work shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B0 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, rough finish surfaces for receving top layer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Item 6 of Job A + item 28 of Job B)

Material and labour for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm on vertical surfaces for skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 for backing of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) anodised aluminium sliding window and ventilator shutters, aluminium sections weighing not less then 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Sheet glass and SS wiremesh shall be measured and paid separately.
