Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of erviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular ) bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in - cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth ncluding necessary repairs to scratches etc complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface - water thinnable cement primer.

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade - old work (two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr / 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface.

Applying priming coat - with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work (second coat).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutre to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.

Raking out joints in lime or cement mortar and preparing the surface for repointing or replastering , including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.metres and under including cutiing the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead - with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing and fixing M.S.grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc with M.S. flats , square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete - Fixed to steel windows by welding.

Finishing with epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface , etc.complete - on steel work.
