M&L for servicing the water coolers of any make and models in situ, comprising cleaning of condensers and storage tanks with cleaning agent such as liquid detergent, lubricating the system with grease or oil as required tightening the bolts nuts etc of following capacity, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the unserviceable sealed compressor unit from 1.0/ 1,5 TR Window AC of any make and model, S & F new sealed compressor unit including, connecting up complete and oil charging, etc., all as specified and directed. Note:- Refrigerant gas charged shall be measured under relevant item of Sch 'A'. Make:- Tecumseh/ Hitachi/ Panasonic/ Highly.

M & L for pressure testing the Window ACs 1.0/ 1.5 Ton, with nitrogen gas after flushing out the system free from refrigerant checking for leakages if any in the refrigerant system making good the leaking spots with necessary brazing/welding, ensuring leak proof system charging the refrigerant gas including replacing the strainer & capillary etc with new items and testing for satisfactory performance complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Refrigerant gas charged shall be measured under relevant item of Sch 'A'

Leak testing and gas charging the system after flushing, vacumming and dehydration as per standard practice including the cost of refrigerant, testing and detecting leakage in the system and arresting the same for 165 to 310 ltrs capacity of the refrigerator complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing repairable Refrigerators of any make and from its position after disconnecting electric connections transporting from site to Contractor workshop for carring out repairs and renewal/ replacement of parts, reassembling and transporting back to the site including installation of the same on the Same Location and making electric connection etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- parts renewed shall be measured and paid seperately

M & L for cleaning filter and servicing the condensor & cooling coil by spraying detergent water washing and caustic soda washing throughly cleaning and drying out and fixing back its orginal position combing the fins for Window type Air conditioner 1.5 Ton/ 2.0 Ton Capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for detecting of of leakages of gases in water cooler , Refrigerator of any capacity at any Loaction and rectifying the defect to stop the Leakage by Gas welding or by other means including cutting and Brazing of copper tubes testting and commisioning complete in satisfactory working condition complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing worn out winding from fan motor , rewinding the blower fan motor of window / Split AC capacity of 1.5 TR with super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge capacity, bringing back to worksite and refixing the same on its position including replacement of bushes complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no.23 here in before but for Water cooler 40/80 and 150/150 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out of all rusted portion of Window AC, making good the same with new MS sheet of approved gauge /existing guage including iron supports by tinkering/welding and positioning back in original place including two anticorrosive black paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling of gas R-22/R-410A/R-32/R-134A in window type/ Split Type AC Unit of Capacity 1.5/ 2 TR Deep Freezer, Refrigerator, Water Cooler of any Capacity complete all as specified and as directed. (Make:- Melfron/Floron/Refron)

S & F new MS bottom base for fan motor of any given make for window type AC 1.5 tonne including dismantling the old unserviceable fan motor base complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for attending and identifying Misc Cooling Appliances compaints of day to day maintenace of existing cooling Appliances including connecting electrical accessories/ spares of Misc Cooling Appliances Pump house as per complaint register complete all as specified and as directed. (Note for Ser No 31):- (i) The quoted rate shall deemed to be including the cost of labour involve under repaired item. (ii) The complaints shall be attended and the defects shall be rectified by a team of experienced Ref Mechanic as applicable assisted with adequate number of helpers as directed by Engineer-in-charge but minimum provision of executing team are as under :- 1. Ref Mechanic (semi-skilled) and Helper (un-skilled) for electrician as required. (iii) Engineer-in-charge may decided to depute team per day to complete the complaint within 08 hours. (iv) All T&P required for attending the complaints shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost of govt. (v) Noting of the complaints in complaint register complete all as specified and directed. (vi) Contractor will submit group insurance of deputed employees from any authorised Govt Agencies.

S & F Voltage stablizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for inpput variation between 170 to 250V with output voltage stablized at 230V with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 5KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing of Air Curtain of size 6' (Make : Almonard), cleaning internally and externally, tightening of all screws and nuts & bolts, replacing of minor parts like screws, washers, etc, including replacement of bush, checking of serviceability of all components and replace the following items as required:- Note:- Service shall be done through authorised service provider only.

(a) Supply only motor single phase 4 pole, 1/5 HP.

(b) Supply only replace Impeller metal bush.

( c) Supply only replace Impeller pin bush.

(d) Supply only replace Bush bearing set.

(e) Supply only replace AS-3 smart Impeller.

General Notes:- 1. Repairs will be notified as complaints at complaint cell of GE STM Chennai. Complaints will be attended in all working days, holidays including sundays. 2. The contractor shall deploy one Ref Mech and one helper on all working days to report in the complaint cell by 0900 Hrs to receive the complaints. 3. Complaint slip should be submitted in the complaint cell by evening 1700 Hrs duly rectified the defect. 4. The rate quated is deemed to include for receiving complaints, all materials and labour required for rectification of complaints and closing the complaints to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.
