REPAIR AND ROUTINE MAINTENANCE OF 625/500 KVA DG SET INSTALLED AT OLD POWER HOUSE IN SUMMER AND WINTER SEASON AT AF STN THOISE

Carrying out servicing/maintenance of Capacity 625 KVA DG set, Make : 'Sudhir CS625D5P As available at site' including 'B' check as per manufacturers manual through authorised dealer of DG set manufacturer of existing DG Make and testing of DG set complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- All material/spares parts required for carrying out above maintenance/servicing shall be measured and paid separately as 'Supply only' items as mentioned below and shall be of make- 'Sudhir CS625D5P As available at site' as per make of DG set and labour element required for replacing the spares parts including replacement of minor spare parts which are essential for carrying out servicing/maintenance of DG sets shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer against item No.1 above. (i) Any minor parts such as screws, washers, split pin , circlip etc shall be supplied by the firm, rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) The Job shall be carried out after every three hundred hrs run of DG Set and shall be measured and paid separately, no of times carried out during entire period of contract . (iii) The Item Include Servicing and cleaning of radiator and taking down fuel tank and cleaning and removal of scale and sludge.
