Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) and binder content of 4.0% by weight of total mix using coarse aggregate grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller including preparation of black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags/air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc of surfaces and applying tack coat with paving bitumen @ 05 Kg per 10Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Material for premix bituminous macadam shall be mixed in hot mixing plant. (b) The premix bituminous macadam shall be laid with mechanical paver. (c) The cost of aforesaid is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags/air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/track coat with bituminous primer @ 5kg per 10 Sqm and laying bituminous Premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (minimum consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 Tonne power road roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified Note : (a) Material for SDAC shall be mixed in hot mixing plant. (b) Mix design of bituminous SDAC will be got done from approved Lab. (c) The pemix carpet shall be laid with mechanical paver.

Material and labour for repair to pot holes of any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 30mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder @ 9.8Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed to true surface (including supply of premix macadam binder and chipping to uniform surface) depth of pot holes not exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Material for premixed bituminous macadam shall be mixed in hot mixing plant.

Material and Labour for marking lines dashes, arrows, letters etc on road pavement and the like of any width with using thermoplastic compound white paint hot applied 1.25 mm thick including glass with machine confirming to BS3262 and according to the specification laid down IRC & MORTH (Ministry of Road Transport & Highways) specification 2012 complete all as specified. Note:- Marking shall be carried out with thermostat machine

Supply and fixing for road solar stud size 125x125x25mm made from aluminium alloy and PC construction, solar powered by monocrystel solar panel alongwith high capacity rechargable battery (led - 10mm, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces are used for high brightness) water proof confirming to IS-67-1977 having load capacity of 40 tonnes complete all as specified and directed.
