Material and labour for 10 users 2000 ltrs capacity PVC moulded Anaerobic Septic Tank for an anaerobic design in which bacteria treats waste under most favourable conditions, process effectively prevents rapid accumulation of sludge and suspended solids from passing through the system untreated with innovative engineering design of the inlet- outlet short circuit of waste water which is prevented to ensure long and enough retention time for effective treatment, thus the effluent dose not contain any solid or scum that could clog up the pipe line.The septic tank is buried underground, solid and liquid waste flow into it. Heavy solid waste settle to the bottom of the septic tank (known as sludge). The liquid wastes are also held in the septic tank while bacteria break down solids into liquids in an anaerobic environment, process is known as primary treatment certain bacterias and viruses are adsorbed into solid particles and held in the sludge or scum layers, allowing for limited removal of disease causing organisms at the stage. All that has to be done for fitting the tank is to fill the tank with water, connect the drain line to the inlet and outlet to the soak pit. Cover the manholes with the lids provided and tank is ready to use including 150mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates below foundation and vent shaft connection, including excavation, returning and filling, removal of excess soil, connection to existing sewage line including site clearance etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.
Material & Labour for repair of joints /Hole in pipe of 1200 mm dia overhead sewage line with Multifunctional super sticky adhesive butyl seal tape around the joint/ hole then welded wiremesh applied around the joint /hole by screws and binding wire and sealed with polymer modified plaster/ premix mortar complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Entire repairing of joints with sealing shall be completed with in a working day. The Rate for All T&P i.e Formwork , JCB , Shuttering , ladders and material Required for Sealing of Joints Shall deemed to be included in Quoted Rates and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.
