EXTERNAL FINISHING WORKS
Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in-Charge.
M&L for cement plastering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/ parapet walls etc finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:WPC will be measured and paid separately.
Supply only integral water proofing-compound complete all as specified & as directed-by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Pidilite/Sika.
Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/ description such as cement base paint. External emulsion etc from external surfaces of walls/ RCC surfaces/ soffits of chajjas/ roof projections/ cantilevers/ balcony etc with mechanical means/grinder complete all as specified and directed Engineer in-Charge.

M&L for cement plastering 10 mm thick in cemet mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for cement plastering 5 mm thick in cemet mortar 1:3 as on cellings or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
