Disconnection of incoming/outgoing cable from HT switch gear (VCB) of any type, rating and make for carrying out necessary overhauling and servicing of 11 KV, 3 phase 50 Hz VCB from the HT Panel complete cleaning of male and female contacts tightening the connection, checking of wiring system, replacement of minor spare parts such as spring, nut bolt, washers, required aluminium strip, replacement of backelite and glass fibre sheet and setting right the mechanism and reassembling, testing and commissioning etc as required and carrying of following phase of work .(Make AREVA). (a) Taking out trolley unit from metal clad housing and dismantling complete, carrying out inspection cleaning,mechanical spring and replacement of worn out part, gasket, bushes etc all as directed. (b) Opening of bus bar chambers, carrying out inspection, cleaning of complete unit, replacement of worn-out parts, insulators etc. (c) Carrying out testing of all metering instruments replacement of worn out spares, meter, wiring cable etc and testing complete. (d) Inspection and checking of all protection devices, relays, replacement of spares/components complete and testing all as directed. (e) Carrying out inspection and testing of auxiliary power system, replacement of all worn out spares/ wire and make functional the complete system all as directed. (f) Assembling of complete HT switch gear unit, proper greasing oiling/ for easy operation and connection of incoming and outgoing cable and make all necessary adjustment and testing complete. Note : Replacement of spares such as Gasket set, HT trolley bushes, plug insulators, busbar insulator for HT VCB , PT Bush for HT VCB, PT housing bush for HT VCB, interrupter of HT VCB HT HBC fuse link IDMTL relay, power pack 230 V/110 V DC 20A and CT ration 100-50/5A etc shall be paid separately under relevant item.

Taking out unserviceable and supply/ replacement of current transformer having CT ratio 100-50/5A. 15 VA, class 1 accuracy for metering and protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for HT trolley bush suitable for HT VCB , 11 KV of Make: AREVA or as per sample, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for breaker control cam switch for 11KV VCB of Make: Make: AREVA or as per sample, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for indicating lamp LED type as per sample suitable for existing VCB indicating lamp and dismantling the unserviceable one.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HT 11KV VCB panel spout insulator of Make : AREVA or as per sample in existing VCB's complete all as specxified and as directed.

Supply and fixing, testing and commissioning in replacement of HT 11KV PT in VCB all as suitable for existing AREVA Make VCB's.

Supply and fixing HRC fuse link of capacity 12A,BCNA 3-15/B1, 11 KV breaker PT high voltage.

Taking out old unserviceable power pack of any capacity including supply and fixing Power pack 230 V/110V/24V,DC ,as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable control relay from HT VCB panel for necessary replacement and calibration complete all as sdirected.

Testing of all relays by secondary injection kit including Calibration of control relay corresponding to the existing load and fault current timing for outgoing feeder and incoming feeder HT VCB for over current and earth fault relay, using pattern generator and other testing equipments complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 3 phase earth fault and over current digital type control relay of HT 11 KV VCB including connecting and setting up of parameters as per the site conditions all as per model No. REJ 601 of make ABB or Equivalent in Crompton Greaves/ AREVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable panel meters from HT VCB panel for necessary replacement complete all as directed.

Supply and fix for digital Voltmeter for measurement of voltage of HT 11 KV VCB Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for digital Ammeter for measurement of current of HT 11 KV VCB Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of relay master trip/ high burden110V/ 24V DC suitable for HT VCB, 11 KV of Make: AREVA or as per sample complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling insulators like pin type, disc type for HT from existing electric poles of any description and any size, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material labour for loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green large size, with overall dimensions 90 x 140 mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for disc type insulator porcelain, vitreous,145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type white, brown or green insulator single Disc Assembly with Tension Clamps for working pressure 11000 Volts, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) for jumpering including dismantling unserviceable conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators inlcuding one GI spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 150mm height,150 mm dia suitable for working pressure 11 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth lead strips 32x6mm thick by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Pt-I including necessary excavation and earth work, earthing pit of PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B1 precast cover slab of size 50cmx50cm with and including 8mm TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both way, one handle 8mm dia round bar and providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, lugs, earth wire protected by 40 mm bore (light grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or earthing test point as directed and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:-Quoted rate shall deem to be included for earth lead and protection pipe up to 7.5 metres).

Supply and fix for lightening arrester non-linear metal oxide type, complete with all fittings, transmission/ distribution class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo amps suitable for 11 KV out door type including necessary connection and fittings all as per IS-3070 Part-III and IEC 1994 including taking down of old unserviceable lightening arrester complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling gang operated device from 2/4 pole structure complete all as directed

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of gang operated device (GOD), air break off load connecting switch, triple pole, current rating 400 amps, HT 11 KV vertical, mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism operated from ground with and including jumper connection with ACSR conductor along with PVC pipe covering with colour code between main supply and GOD complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of mild steel channel or angle sections, etc of any size, including mild steel bolts, nuts, washers, etc., complete all as directed.

Material and labour for cross-arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed and inclusive of applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only cross-arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates (serviceable materials i.e. Structural Steel Sections obtained from dismantling) including nuts, bolts, washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed including painting complete all as specified and as direted.

Supply and fix for cable jointing kit of 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for cable jointing kit of 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for cable jointing kit of 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for 3 pole power contactor type MNX 400, AC3 rating, 400 Amp,coil 240V, 50Hz after taking down unserviceable power contactor complete all as specified and as directed.
