Unloading of material:- Has to be arranged by the supplier at his own risk and cost.

Make/Brand name of the product offered by the bidder is to be clearly mentioned. Offer without Make/Brand name or vague terms like 'AS PER TENDER' or '0' will be summarily rejected.

Procurement under this bid is reserved for purchase from Class 1 local supplier as defined in public procurement (Preference to Make in India), Order 2017 as amended from time to time and its subsequent Orders/Notifications issued by concerned Nodal Ministry for specific Goods/Products. The Vendor who do not qualify to be CLASS I Local Supplier should not quote in the tender as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor who does not qualify to be a Class I local supplier for the tendered item participates in the tender it does so at its own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the vendor.

Validity of offer shall be 60 days from the date of tender opening

Delivery point:- Material is to be delivered a t Dy.CE/Con-1/KIR. If any of the participating Firms are quoting deviation in delivery location, such offer will be summarily rejected.

Wherever SD had been exempted for any reason and supplier fails to supply goods as per conditions of contract, as amended from time to time, purchaser shall have right to levy damages from the supplier for failing to comply with the contractual conditions, not by way of penalty, an amount equal to SD amount as would have been applicable if the contract was a non-exempted Vendor. Risk purchase clause is not applicable.
