Taking out old LT panel including all connection mechanically and electrically and deposited to MES Store yard or refixing the same as desired location electrically/mechanically complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type IP - 66 protection factory fabricated cubical type LT panel board made out of 2.00mm thick CRCA sheet compartamentalised to accommodate the following , TPN aluminium bus bar rating of 800 Amp, bus bar shall be insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator of size not less than 50 x 50mm conical type at a maximum interval of 500 mm through out the length of TPN bus bar, panel shall be front and back open above system, operated from both sides shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air 'U' type gasket used to make panel board completely vermin proof (back side door shutter shall be double leaf) including taking out of old LT panel board complete.

The extension link shall not less than 300 mm long supported on DMC/epoxy insulator having provision for termination of incomer and outgoing cables. All interconnections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN aluminium bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 time rated capacity of individual outgoing feeders. All control wire shall be 2.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched, tied ferried for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of lugs.
