Supply & Delivery of 48" (1200 mm) ceiling Fan as per IS 374:1979 complete with all accessories including P2 type capacitor and with safety wires for secondary suspension of fans complete with blades,canopy,fork,rubber bush etc.(Make:Usha Striker PWD/ Orient/ Crompton Greaves).

Fixing only single/twin fluorescent light fitting suspended 25 cm bellow the ceiling with 2 No. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports fixed with “L” type MS clamp whose one side fixed on ceiling with sutable size 4 nos. fastener and other side connected with the conduit with suitable size of bolts and nuts incl. S&F EI conduit, “L” type (125mmx125mm) 6mm thick and 25mm with MS clamps and connecting the length of PVC insulated wire and mending good damages to original finish and painting etc. by 2x24/0.20 mm (1.5sqmm.) flexible copper wire of 1.10 mt. length.(C-2/17)

Dismantling the existing split type AC machine (1.5/2.0 Ton) along with the outer cover carefully by skilled labour from its position for necy. Servicing /overhauling incl cleaning the dust ete. due to dismantling operation as per direction of E.I.C.

Reinstallation, Testing & Commissioning of Split A.C. Machine( 1.5/2 Ton) with appropriate mounting kit and testing of whole Refrigerant system with all joints valve etc. Including leak testing, flushing at different time by dry N2 incl. Supply and Filling of refrigarent gas.

Febrication & errection of iron Bracket/ platform which consist of atleast seven(07) nos. 75*40*4.8 mm 'C' channel aprox length 2.5 mtr. each as main support, 50*50*6 mm iron angle for cross support from main frame to wall, 25*25*5mm iron angle for safty guarding fram, 25*6mm iron flat for making 400mm wide platform for future maintenance work, it should have the facility to install the outdoor units of 2.0/1.5TR split AC at middle of the bracket and sufficent space should be maintained both side of the outdoor unit for maintenance work also have suitable angle support between wall & bracket incl. drilling 05 nos holes in each Angle including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same (1:1 ½ :3) etc and painting the same as per direction of EIC.
