Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry,built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specifed and directed. .

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided rainforced (rainforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition etc) complete all as specifed and directed.

Demolition of PCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for(un-rainforcement ) etc, complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc, complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified

M&L for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in filling foundation , sub base of floor and mass concrete complete all as specifed and directed. .

M&L for walling or random rubble , uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly, hearted built in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 07 here-in-before but except stones complete all as specified and directed. Note- Serviceable stones obtained vide item No 01 shall be reused after removing mortar and cleaning with water complete all as specifed and directed. .

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints with max depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surfaces not exc 40 mm as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed.Note: Hidden portion of stone masonry shall not be hammer dressed complete all as specifed and directed. .

M & L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble to RR masonry, uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete (1:2:4) typr B-1 block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Struck pointing to block in course or ashlar masonry or concrete block walling in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble to RR masonry, uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:3 including Raking out joints and old pointing surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 ( 20mm graded aggregate ) as in surface channels and drains etc complete all as specified

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitred/ stopped ends complete all as specifed and directed

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed block for angle iron horn and similar work etc including weathering ,slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating as directed including necessary form work complete

M&L for 20mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone / Brick masonry surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and directed

S & F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia over, cut to length, bent to shape required including crancking bending spirally for hooping for col hooking ends and binding with and including mile steel wire non less than 0.9 mm dia securing with clips in quality complete all as specifed and directed.

All as per item No 18 here-in-before but 6mm to 8mm dia quality confirming complete all as spd and directed.

M& L for form work to sides of concrete columns, post, pillars, piers,wall of culverts, suspended slabs, edges and struts of rectangular or triangular shape for rough finished flat concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC type A1, 1:1:5:3 (nominal mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, post, pillars, piers,wall of culverts, suspended slabs, edges and struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth for man holes and sewarlines etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and nexc 1.5m in depth and getting out for hard/dense soil complete all as specifed and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in hard / dense soil complete all as specifed and directed.

Removing Excavated soils exceeding 1.5KM but not exceeding 5 KM and depositing where directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire. (Chain link fencing and line wire shall be paid at supplied only rate) complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing 4 mm dia wire and 50*50mm mesh including line wire standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire etc

Supply only MS round bars 10 mm dia (Fe-410, Gde E-250 quality-A) for fixing chain link fencing

S&F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specifed and directed. (each line wire to be measured)

S&F in repairs concertina coil 600mm dia of weight not less than 3.5Kg/RM etc,complete all as specifed and directed.

S & F Mild steel work of framed brackets of Angles ,grills, gratings and ladder of watertanks and similar work including cutting tops and shape, drilling holes, notching for wire, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) and countersunk for screw, as in supports for stiffening of fencing, grating of open drain and including bending ,welding angles as necessary similar works confirming to Fe 290 or Gde-E165 and complete all as specifed and directed. .

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces, of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials concrete etc., other than soil to a distance of 10 km or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination Note :- One metric tonne shall mean one load and Destination for unloading of demolished material will be Varsoli Toll Naka on Old Mumbai Pune Highway.

Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.50 Cu. M, getting out in Hard/ Dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 100m & making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.240

S&F Mild steel work for joints chaneel, angle or tee section, fixed independtly, without connecting plates, etc (Cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20 mm of the length incdicated etc cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc., n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under ‘Structural Steel')

Plates (plain or chequered ) channels , square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachement.

S&F wind ties for roof including securing bolts including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre- Painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagoneal or square nut, not exceeding 5 Cm and bolt not exceeding 10 Cm long with diameter of neck 11 to 15 mm

M&L for Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specifed and directed

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring of pathway complete all as spd and directed.

M& L for 80mm thick Machine pressed precast paver block M-40 grade laid over sand cushioning after consolidation set and levelled the paver block on proper level with inter locking and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment , etc complete all as specified and as directed Note: sand cushion will be measured separetely.

M& L for sand filling under floors or in foundatons including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filleting in any position and to any shape in CM 1:4, sectional area n.exc 25 sq cm complete all as specifed and directed
